The bell rings and cody is not in the right mindset after losing both of his titles (btw, he was also the longest reighning JWF world champion for both championships so obvously losing them would hit hard.)  Cody runs in for a clothsline, but Okada ducks and sweeps his leg. Cody just lies there for a bit before returning to his feet and and pummeling Okada.

the ref pulls Cody away before Okada kicks him hin the shin, knocking Cody down. 

Cody gets back to his feet and kicks Okada in his midsection, and hits the Death Rider DDT, but before he goes for the pin, Stunning Jay appears, mocking him by holding his titles high. Cody gets aggravated, and yells at him. 

Jay walks off, and Okada turns Cody around and hits a Rainmaker for the pin of 1, 2, and 3.
