Jason's pov

"Jason wake up"

I feel someone shaking me lightly. I flutter my eyes open still sleepy as fuck.

"Jason!"

"What do you want Aleysa!", I moan rubbing my tired eyes.

"What the fuck! It's Penelope!"

I abruptly get up from the bed seeing a pissed off naked Penelope.

"What are you doing here?", I mumble.

"Excuse me? This is my place", she sneers.

"What the fuck how did I end up here?", I croak out feeling a massive headache kick in.

"You called me drunk at a bar, so I went to get you".

"D-Did we fuck?", I stutter.

"Yes Jason!", she hisses.

"Fuck man! Did we use protection?"

"Yes the condom is in trash can plus I'm on birth control", she briefly responds.

I take a glance at the trash can to make sure she wasn't lying which she wasn't.

"I gotta go", I hastily say getting the fuck out of there as fast as I could.

Once I arrive at Aleysa's apartment I knock about 5 times, but no answer.

I was about to leave until a maid exits out of the apartment.

"Hello is Aleysa home?"

"No, she left last night back to New York"

I felt like I just got punched in the stomach as I run my hand through my hair.

Fuck!

Aleysa's pov

"Aleysa come in tell me everything", Jacky tugs me in for a hug.

I tell her everything that has happened between Jason and I.

"Wow he's a prick!", Jacky sneers.

"I know I'm stupid for developing feelings for him", I sadly frown.

"Your not stupid for liking someone.. he's the one stupid for missing out on a great catch like you", she comforts me while stroking my back.

I force a half smile.

The next day

"Your back early", my father says a baffled expression on his face.

"Yeah we got everything done in just two days"

"How it go?"

"Great! They really liked him", I smile.

"Good job princess", my father gives me the thumbs up.

I nod as I turn my heel stepping out of his office.

"Miss Grey!", Ruth runs towards me.

"Yes?"

"Everything is ready for Saturday", she grins.

"Thank you so much Ruth what would I do without you", I smile gratefully.

As I walk into my office I see the last person I wanted to see today.

"What are you doing in my office Jason?", I sigh.

"I can't believe you left me in Paris alone", he mutters.

"You had Penelope to accompany you, so I don't understand your complaint", I raise a brow taking a seat across from him.

"I'm sorry okay", he huffs.

"I forgive you it's already forgotten McCann.. let's not ever talk about what happened in Paris okay", I blankly say.

"Okay", Jason plainly replies looking a little hurt.

Ring Ring

I hit the speaker button, "Aleysa don't forget to get the alcohol for the party Saturday!", One of my high school friends says.

"I know", I chuckle.

"Your throwing a party and didn't even invite me", Jason scoffs.

"It's a surprise party for my best friend"

"Let me guess Jacky?", Jason splutters.

"How do you know?", I furrow my brows.

"Your mom told me about you guys growing up together blah blah blah", he smirks.

"Mom!", I groan.

"So can I attend?"

"No", I spat.

"I guess I'll just find this Jacky chick and ruin the surprise", he threatens.

Jason has no idea what he's in for if he does bump heads with Jacky. After everything I told her she wants to beat his ass. However since I'm not violent nor a revengeful person. I had to threaten her telling her I would never forgive her if she hits Jason.

"Ugh! Fine you can come!", I grumble.

"Can I bring friends?"

"Sure whatever"

Jacky's pov

"Wassup punk are you Jason?"

"Yes and you are?", he raises a brow confused.

"I'm Jacky", I sternly respond.

"Oh hi", he mumbles.

"Look here punk I don't appreciate you playing with my best friends feelings like you did in Paris.. if it wasn't for her threatening me I would lay you out right now, but I can't so here's a warning.. if you aren't serious about her stay away.. she's a kind girl so don't fuck with her or else you'll respond to me!", I warn him giving him a death glare.

Jason looks a bit taken back by my outburst on him, but he quickly narrows his eyes at me.

I turn my heel averting away from his face before I actually lose it.

No one messes with my best friend no one!

Jason's pov

The teal head girl definitely came out of nowhere. At least now I know who Jacky is.

By the looks of it Aleysa told her everything about Paris. Of course she would girls never can seem to keep shit to themselves.

However I don't blame her I did hurt her.
