Batman Beyond by Butch Hartman

So I've talked about how much I love, admire, and respect Butch Hartman. And I don't ALWAYS do a bonus chapter that hardly has anything to do with the subject of this novel, or any novel, but this personally means a lot to me. The thing is, Butch Hartman is now willing to do commissions for his fans. And he will literally draw anything. So I ordered a commission from him. Ever since I saw him draw iconic characters like Batman, Spider-Man, Superman, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in his awesome style, I've always wanted to see him draw Terry McGinnis from Batman Beyond in his signature style. I've even drawn Terry with Danny Phantom. Here it is, right here.

I sent that drawing along with another Danny Phantom drawing (this was Danny Phantom 10 years later, crossing over with TMNT), and the 20th anniversary edition to The Killing Joke graphic novel (because I have the 30th Anniversary Edition of the same graphic novel which features the original colorings of John Higgins and the colored version done by Brian Bolland himself) to Butch. I didn't want to let my 2008 edition of The Killing Joke go to waste. But anyway, I always wanted to see Butch Hartman draw Terry McGinnis. I always wanted to see a Batman Beyond/Danny Phantom crossover. But the minute Butch Hartman said he was willing to draw anything for a commission, I knew there was an opportunity to see my favorite artist draw one of my favorite characters. So I ordered a commission from Butch Hartman to draw Terry McGinnis from Batman Beyond. A week later, this happens.

I got this today! To quote Terry, schway!!! I am so happy I got this drawing! I could thank Butch Hartman a thousand times for this, and I don't think it would be enough. But yeah, that's all I want to say. If you want to order a commission from Butch Hartman, go ahead! It is totally worth the money and wait. Butch Hartman has demonstrated that he never half-asses his art. He puts a lot of love and effort into every drawing he does. And I will end this novel on one of his quotes, art gives you power use it wisely.
