Dear Shu,

It was my birthday yesterday. 

I didn't expect you to remember it or even give me anything. But Free made up for that.

He threw a surprise party at my house, and all the right people were invited. Even Mum admitted it was nice. The party was perfect. We got to try out the new pool I got in the backyard, and Mum baked delicious pastries and Dad came home. 

I received clothes, manga, new video games, sneakers and the best gift of all, food. And Free's gift. He gave me a photo album with all of our dates in it and photos of us along with some chocolates and a kiss. 

I have to admit, he's surprisingly romantic. I didn't expect anything else besides that party, and it's a really good gift. Although, Mum's pastries still come first. If you were here, I know what you would say.

You would shake your head and grin while saying, "Classic Valt."

I miss those days.
