Dear Shu,

We just came back from Okinawa. 

I absolutely loved it. The beaches were perfect, I got taught how to surf and spend some quality time with my family. Oh, and Free. Despite inviting him on this trip, Mum wouldn't allow us to go anywhere by ourselves. Personally, I'm glad. Free wanted to share a hotel room with just me. I know he knows we're way too young for that stuff, but still. I guess I'm not really comfortable with that yet.

The whole trip I noticed how Mum and Dad were keeping an eye on Free, watching his every move and judging him, thinking about whether or not they should support this relationship. Mum knows he stole my first kiss, so she's getting even more wary. Too bad Free's never had to deal with these types of parents. He usually just dates hoes with parents who don't care at all about them. The only exception was Chris, but their parents were friends. This time, it's totally different and my parent's choices could end our whole relationship. 

Free doesn't seem to care. He swears openly, makes dirty jokes and shocked my parents so much. I wasn't surprised when Mum said even though they respected I was happy, they wish I chose someone else.

I wish that someone else loved me back.
