Free's actually a good guy. 

Sure he can be arrogant and smug sometimes, but I see it as confidence in himself. He's also sarcastic, but in a funny way, you know? We talked at basketball training again. It made me feel less lonely. I found myself enjoying his presence. 

And that smile, he's been showing it to me more and more. Does he show it to anybody else? I asked everyone else, and they said they had never seen it before. What does that mean? Only Chris said she had seen it. 

It's not just the fact that I only get it. It's charming. It mesmerizes me. Chris said that it mesmerizes her also. Maybe it's because it's the only real piece of emotion on his face. If eyes are the window to your soul, his window curtains has closed it. I can never tell what Free is thinking. Only his smile.
