Mary sat in her bedroom listening to the wind that whistled loudly. She tried to sleep but she couldn't keep her mind off what happened earlier in the day.

There was then light tapping on her window, she didn't bother to check, it could have been rain.

"Mary.." A whisper was heard. She then sat up in bed with fear. She shook her head and went under her covers and closed her eyes as tightly as she could.

"Nope nope nope nope nope nope!" She whispered loudly to her self. There was tapping on the window again, this time even louder then before.

She heard footsteps in the hall, "Mary.." The voice became more grim and sinister like.

She started to cry softly hoping that it was just a nightmare, a more scary one.

Her bedroom door opened and the light turned on, "Mary come out...I have a surprise for you." The figure was over her bed, he then pulled the covers off of her and then smiled.

The figure was wearing an evil grin and held a knife, "One drop of your blood will be fine." He dragged the knife across her forehead before stabbing her.

"Are you going to kill me?" She asked.

"No no, we don't use the word 'kill'." He then stabbed her forehead, blood began to drip down her face. He pulled the knife out of her forehead and walked out of her room. The visitor left the area without a trace, he was gone forever. Time to haunt someone else's nightmares.
