James woke up to an jingle. It was 3:00 in the morning. He looked out the window to see an ice cream truck going through the neighborhood.

   "What the...?" He questioned.

   "Daddy?" James turned around The see his four year old daughter holding a dollar bill.

   "Clara, go back to bed." He told the girl. The Girl began to cry. He picked her up and shushed her.

  "Clara, I don't want you going out there. That may be a bad guy." He told the little girl.

  Clara nodded and went to bed. Minutes later he heard the screen door slam and the little girl laughing.

   James ran outside to see a clown holding his daughter near the ice cream struck. The clown smiled and went back into his truck, bringing the girl with him.

   Never trust sounds you hear.
