Bonus: Deleted SPN / GF / ST Crossover Material

Title: Way Down We Go

• A Supernatural (SPN) / Gravity Falls (GF) / Stranger Things (ST) Crossover

Synopsis:
"I gotta hand it to you guys. You never give up, even when you should. Even when it would be so stupid not to."

When I go
into the ground

Dean and Sam Winchester are up to their necks in pain and exhaustion after a particularly tedious hunt in Maine. But after passing through Hawkins, Indiana for a pit stop, Sam could swear he feels it, feels the chills up his spine. He slams on the breaks, turns his head around and stares into the town.
It grins. And beckons.

I won't go quietly
I'm bringing my crown

Spits.
He spits the words.
"Shut up." At another moment, in Gravity Falls, Oregon, Dipper and Mabel Pine's heads pound, the man who sits on the red porch couch much too comfortable for the burning countenance he carries. He smiles up at them, skin falling apart and blond hair askew, crowing in satisfaction. "He said 'shut up,' to me!"

When I go
Into the ground

Meanwhile, Will Byers reaches up to touch his neck inside the movie theatre, goosebumps sending shockwaves through his body. He hadn't wanted to believe it, that it was back. But, well, shit. Except... something... something is different, wrong. Will twists his face and tries to force down the panic bubbling up his throat from the notion; the searing ache tearing at his limbs and threatening to topple him from his seat. Their enemy, the monster from the Upside Down...this time...
He's not alone.

Oh, they gotta bury me
Bury me face down

"He likes it cold."

Hawkins, Indiana

An acrid taste ate at Sam Winchester's tongue.

He scrunched up his face and took another swig of water, willing it to go away, before feeling it it return stronger as he swallowed.

It had been like this for days since they'd cleared their last job, the weird accompaniment of revolt and disgust but in the form of taste, melding into his mouth.

Of course he'd imagined he was getting sick at first, though the sore throat never came, the headaches never got worse, his body went on ninety-eight percent normal so that couldn't be it.

He'd turned to Dean at the beginning of the week when it had begun, only to regret it immediately. "Hey, Dean."

"Yeah, Sammy?" Dean looked up from the trunk of the Impala, a canteen of holy water in hand from the duffel.

"You ever-" Sam shook his head, tossed the idea into the trash bin in the corner of his mind. "Forget it. Just blanking out."

Dean's eyebrows came together. He squinted, left it alone, returned to his rummaging. "Uh, okay."

Now, it was an inconvenience that tugged at the edge of his brain, a thing that wouldn't let go, day or night, rain or shine. And he'd decided somewhere between when it started and today that it was Hawkins.

Something was off.

Something he couldn't quite place.

He turned off the car, still parked in front of the inn they'd stayed at for kicks these past few days, feeling Dean Winchester's gaze shift to his. It was now or never, and Sam was one for the now.

"Dude," his brother said, "what the hell?"

"Dean, something is wrong. I know we just finished the job, and I know we're packed up, and we're leaving but-"

"But what?" He wasn't angry or annoyed, but Sam could hear it in his voice, how his tone said drop it. And how the older Winchester's face said tired. How his dull green eyes said Please, Sammy, lets go.

Sam saw it all and took a deep breath. "But I've got this feeling-"

"You've got a feeling."

"Uh huh. And I think we should ..." Another gulp of air, another shift of his fingers on the steering wheel. "Stay ... until we figure out what's going on. There more to this place than meets the eye. You can't tell me there's not."

"There's not."

"Dean."

"Okay, so it's a little weird. What rural town in Indiana isn't?"

He had a point. Sam didn't acknowledge it. "It's weirder than most. Come on, two more days. Give me that at least."

"Two days?" Dean had grinned just a little, enough to relax Sam in the driver's seat and to take the keys out from the black 67' Chevy Impala, easing his foot off the break. "I'll give you one."

"One day it is. And if that doesn't pull through, then we pull out of here."

"Deal."

A/N:

this was sorta just a little thing for myself??? After the 4th and stranger things 3 came out? But I loved the thought so much I thought you guys might enjoy just the scrapped potential for a stranger things / supernatural/ gravity falls crossover!! I know it's definitely a huge undertaking and the more I thought about it, the more I decided to leave it to rest in the graveyard of ideas so here it is

This is probably all I'll ever publish with all three fandoms, though if someone really could pull it off, I think it's still got great potential, even if it's just spn and st??? sO have at it kids

Hope that was a fun quick read ! And now, please enjoy Season 2 of Just West of Weird!
