I just lay in my bed missing the warmth of Ed's by my side.

Nobodys POV

A couple of months have passed and Eddie's mom still hates richie but she won't keep him from seeing the boy he just cant stay the night but that doesnt stop them.

"hey mom can I go to bills"
"Ok Eddie bear,but that richie kid wont be there right"
"No mom" in fact it was going to be richie, Eddie, stan, bill, Beverley and Ben watching a movie together but of course he couldn't tell her that
"Well honey what if hes there and you didnt know he was going to be" she always hit him with weird questions like that to keep him from leaving the house.
"Well.....he's grounded so he cant leave,umm bill told me"
"Hmph that heathens mother still dicaplins him, I thought she gave up a long time ago". It was rude comments,the pills,the overbearing controlingnes of this women that made him hate her so much.

Eddie left and rode over to Bill's house, Everyone was there exept richie. About 20 minutes later richie busted through the door with bruises on his face,a couple of cuts,a busted lip,and a bloody nose.

"OH MY GOD RICH ARE YOU OK" Eddie ran over to him and brought him to the couch.

Bill ran and got the first aid kit. "H-here"
"Thanks bill"

Eddie gets some peroxide and dabs his cuts with cotton ball.

Once he was done cleaning him up Eddie started running his fingers through his hair "chee what happend"
" I got in a fight" richie replied with. But Eddie knew that wasnt the truth,he was lying caus he didnt want the others to know.

They all just sat down and watched back to the future. Eddie couldn't focus on the movie all he could think about richie and the bruises on his face,and all of the cuts.

Once they all left Bill's exept for stan (; richie and Eddie decided to go to the quarry.

"So rich......what actually happend"
"What do you mean?"
"Why you came in with cuts and bruises"
"I told you, I got into a fight."
"richie stop lying to me, I just want to help you"
"I........." richie voice got real low to a shakey whisper almost like he was on the verge of tears. "My dad came back home and I got upset..........my dad didnt like that and so he grabbed a whiskey bottle and broke it over my head, he then went on beating me until he made me go upstairs to my room. I snuck out my window"

richie looked down starting to tear up a bit. Eddie just sat there with a horrified look on his face,all he could do is give richie the biggest hug he could.

They didnt separate from each others embrace for a while until

*beep beep*   "sorry rich I gotta go home,are you gonna be fine with out me caus-"
"Yeah I'll be fine"
