As the pain and the groaning and moaning is over a baby has come to life.

3.5 Years later...

The sun shines against my mothers skin making every cell of her skin sparkle. As I look out the window hearing the birds chirp and the wind blow I realize how gorgeous it is outside.
"Hey mommy, may I go outside?" I say with politeness.
My mother looks up from her large belly and speaks.
"Sure sweetheart" she nods.
"Be careful when your near the street." She calls out.
I swiftly get up and run to the door with no shoes on. I slam the door open and follow the the shadows glimmering on the side walk. As I pass my mothers car I see a sign, a sign I have never seen before at my neighbors house. I run back inside.
"Mommy what is that sign the old man is putting on his grass?" I say worried.
She gets up and looks at the lawn by the mans house.
"Oh, honey the old man is moving he is selling his house." She says in a little tone.
"But-but mommy why is he moving?" I ask in sadness.

She had that look on her face of whenever she was going to give me unfortunate news.

"He has to go because he has to go to a nicer place." Although in her head she knew it meant he was going away to a nursing home.

"Oh." I say in relief.
I decided to go back outside and play in the grass.

3 months later....

"Happy birthday too you.. Happy birthday too you.. Happy birthday dear Jimmy.. Happy birthday too you!!!" Everyone cheering in celebration of my 4th birthday. It was the day the old man had to go. I was quite upset then but happy at the same time.

For all I know it is my birthday.
