Hey guys,
I tried the 5 - things - I- love- about- myself challenge.
Every single morning when you wake up, list 5 things u love about yourself. (e.g. I love my hair, I love my smile, I love that I am crazy, I love my eyes, I love that I'm always there for other people etc. )
Do it every single day.
It really helped me to like and love myself and to be confident.
Try it out 🙈
U'll feel much better after some weeks 🙈 But ofc the process is different for everyone  😊
