I figured out some time ago that erised spelled backwards is Desire. So I just looked up the entire inscription on the mirror of erised and it says (Backwards):

Is how not your face but your hearts desirE

(There are spaces you have to make and spaces you have to cancel out too)

I capitalized the 'E' because it is technically the beginning...
