so I'm just gonna write down my feelings from today because today's no good.

Woke up and went back to sleep and slept too much.

My blood sugars were through the roof so I took insulin (30 units) and ate breakfast (which was 10 units of the 30, so 20 units to correct. That's a lot!) but anyway... it's been about 2 hours after I took insulin and ate but my blood sugar still isn't going down and it's super super annoying and I'm just at the point of breaking.

I haven't been taking my tresiba (long lasting insulin to keep your sugars in check for the day-I take 48units every morning.... or at least I should.... I haven't been up on my shots lately and I would say it's been about a week since I did take my tresiba... but I did this morning and I was happy I did but still sick from the days I didn't.

So i take 48 units of tresiba then 30 units of humolog. Shouldn't that have gone down by now? No of course not.... my sugars still over 400!!! After two hours.... I just arrived at work and couldn't believe I'm still so high. I'm so fed up with trying but nothing working. It's exhausting having your body fluctuate so drastically so fast! Anyway.... I'm off to work and I'll update again before I post this whole chapter.... till next time ✌🏻

My sugars have still not gone down and I don't think the insulin went into my blood stream like???? WHERE DID IT GO. maybe me stressing is also making it rise because I tend to notice that but I really don't want to take more insulin then drop down low low. I wanna be in the 100s but not below. I'm so tired of this.

plus they got me being door greeter and it makes me sad when people don't say hello back , but do I get to see lots of cute guys 👍🏻

Welp over two years and they still hurt. Anyway breaks up. I'll check in again soon!!
