Ok so actually the guy didn't let out our dogs but the side of our fence collapsed outwards and I'm really scared for the dog that got injured though and I want to and think we need to take her to the vet but we dont have money to do it and Uggghhhh!!!
At least the guy didn't let the dogs out though
