I may have luck in 5 star characters but when it comes to 4 star characters, the luck just gone.

I don't think I can get Thoma if this logic right.... I will get another Hu Tao if the leaks are right.

From what I found, the first rerun banner will be Childe and then, Hu Tao with Thoma.
