My work out scedule

Hi! Ok, so this is just my normal day

12:00-12:30: squats
12:30-1:30: upper arms
1:30-2:00: stamina
2:00-3:30: lunch
3:30-3:45: hand workout
3:46-4:15: RELAX!!!!

What they really mean:
Squats- get up and sit down on the couch to get food

Upper arms: trying to get the ice cream out of the carton (because that's god damn hard. Like seriously, do they freeze it soled?)

Stamina: walking around my house to find the sweet spot for wifi

Lunch: a healthy balanced lunch that usually insist of
•a triple BLT
•some in and out
•rade the fridge for anything that looks good

Hand workout: my video games/iPhone

Relax: after that hard, hard day of work, relaxation is key

Sorry if you thought that is was really a workout schedule. You were probably thinking:
