I guess you can say there like brothers Mark loves being with Nate it makes him happy when there together but Vincent doesn't like Mark for some reason Vile doesn't mind them being friends or like brothers Mark and Nate both wear eye patches for reasons so there like the same but yes there most likely always together UwU
