Athena Guerrero, is the definition of warrior. She was named after the goddess of war, and her last name quite literally meant warrior. She liked to believe she fought for what was right that was until her brother died. Now all she can think about is getting revenge.

summary:

WHEN ATHENA GUERRERO was fifteen she lost everything. Gotham had robbed her of her parents, of her youth. Athena's parents were decorated veterans who worked with Argus and the best they could do for her was grant guardianship to her dads best friend, Richard Flag.

The Flag family took her in with open arms. They had a son named Rick, who was a few years older than Athena and someone who she became glued to. They went everywhere together including joining the army. He was the big brother Athena always wanted. As they got older the closer they became. Due to their jobs however they were forced to separate but they made it work. Nothing could break the bond Athena had with her brother.

At least that what she thought. While on mission Rick Flag is murdered by his teammate, Peacemaker. However that wasn't what Argus told her and like any good detective, Athena made it her mission to find out the truth and get revenge. No one was going to get in her way and that included the idiot she had developed feels for.
