Life is full of mysteries.

Constantly waning, twirling, and spiraling

Like a ballerina stuck to a carousel

Lifeless as she spins, yearning the release of death.

Life is full of moments

Some made in the sun, happy, cheerful and ready.

Like a child, chasing a butterfly in a field,

Heedless of the cliff before them.

Life is full of chances

Taken by the daring, unknown to the cautious.

Like a gambler with nothing to bet but his life

And then loses.
