. The Tour Begins .
•--Randy's POV--•
Oh juice.. I lost track of time. It was already 5:30 pm when I arrived on the roof of my house when I should've been here by 5 pm.
I'm even surprised that I, myself got a little organized this whole thing but the best part of the tour is why I am late... I thought it was going to be a breeze but turns out it consumed most of time. I just hope (Y/n) isn't annoyed or angry at me.
I jumped down from the roof and landed in front of our porch and there I saw (Y/n), who was patiently sitting on one of the handles of the porch. She looked pretty surprised to see me but actually, I'm even more surprised that she's still here.
And she cleans up good.
She was wearing a simple (f/c) off shoulders dress, its length was up to her knee but she still wore some black leggings underneath. For her shoes, she wore Mckicks that were zip ups like mine. Plus, she also had this peach colored shoulder bag that she was carrying.
I shook my head and stopped myself from staring at her way too long. "Sorry, uhm.. I lost track of time and-.."
I started but then (Y/n) cuts me off.
She plastered a smile on her face. "It's fine.. being a Ninja is always a first priority. I understand that." She spoke while she gets off the handle and stands in front of me. I could hear a bit of sadness in her voice.. This won't do.
I have to make it up. I hope this tour will be unforgettable for her.
"Well... Let's get this tour started then?" I asked her as I extended my hand and took a little bow like a real gentleman would do. In an instant, she shows off her genuine smile. Her (e/c) eyes filled with excitement.
She placed her hand on top of mine. "That would be nice."
Even though I was quite nervous about tonight, I mustered all my courage. "Well, you better hold on tight."
Before she could ask what that meant, I pulled her hand towards me which cause her to stand close to me. Without her permission, I lifted her up and carried her bridal style. I was expecting a slap from her or something but all she did was slowly put her arm around my neck.
I hope she doesn't know how loudly my heart is pounding right now.
"Ready?" I asked her with a smile even though she can't see it.
She raised her head and nodded back with a nervous smile. I jumped up from the tree and jumped again, landing on the roof of my house and then just jumped again from roof to roof as I headed for the town.
Every now and then I'd glanced down on her and she would have this big bright smile plastered on her face like she couldn't believe this was happening to her.
I smiled back and focused on the first stop of the tour. All in all there were three stops I've been thinking we should go, so better get this tour started with the most entertaining one.
°~~{Y/n}'s POV~~°
I couldn't believe it. I was in Greg's Game Hole.
The smell of fries and sounds of video games greeted me as I further walked inside. Also, Greg greeted me as I went in. Plus, he handed me some gaming coins. I counted them and they were all in all five.
I thanked him and continued to walk with the Ninja by my side.
I was in awe, it was different from seeing it in a TV or my cellphone. Although, Greg's Game Hole is empty. Nobody else but me, Ninja and Greg is here.
I turned to the Ninja. "Hey," I tapped his shoulder. He whipped his head towards me. "Why's there nobody here?"
"What? Oh... I mean, this is a private tour and I had to make it 'private' you know." He answered as he rubbed the back of his neck.
He did that? For me?
Did he really? I mean, that's too extreme for this tour. I began to wonder if he spent all his money for this.
I began to feel guilty instead of being happy. "You... You didn't have to do that."
"Oh yes, I have to. Besides, it would look really bad if I beat you in a game." Ninja said as he nudged me on my arm.
I smiled. "Oh yeah? You're certain that you could beat me?" I questioned him as I took a step closer to him.
He averts his eyes in response. "Y-Yeah.."
I chuckled and gave him space and looked around a little more. I noticed the pictures of Randy's faces plastered against the wall above every video game. I chuckled at some of these pictures since he did some funny poses. I still couldn't believe I was seeing them with my own eyes.
The Ninja stepped closer to me with his hands behind his back. "Is.. something funny?"
I nodded. "Yeah," I smiled at him. "Its just that Randy's pictures are the best ones around here."
This kinda caught him off guard. "R-Really? Thanks." He realized what he just said.
"I mean... Uh... Thanks for saying that, I'll let him know what you think of ... his pictures." He said, trying to recover from earlier. He faked laughed and changed the topic.
"You know, to get your picture there, you must beat his score. I mean not to brag but, he's the best player I've ever met." The Ninja bragged.
Hmpf, little did he know that I know he is bragging about himself.
"Is that so? Then clearly he hasn't seen me play video games." I confidently said as I approached the only video game I've seen them play and managed to know how to play it just by watching the episode a bunch of times.
I slotted a coin and the game started.
-=-Howard's POV-=-
I walked around town cause its really boring at home with uncle Mort. I kept texting Randy and asking where he is and I even went to his house earlier only to discover that no one was home, not even Mrs. Cunningham. I swear, if i found out that of he's on some sort of date with that stinking, weird... funny, beautiful alien, I'd-...
Wait... W H A T?!
DID I JUST DESCRIBED HER... BEAUTIFUL?!
What the juice is wrong with me?! First the swimsuit, now this!
Nope. This can't be happening. I can't fall in love with her! She's a freak!
I don't even know the symptoms of being in love.
Pushing all of those thoughts aside, I just decided to go to Greg's Game hole. As I was about to push the glass door open, the sign says its close... even though the lights are on and the games are up and running. I made my way to the glass window and see if anyone's inside and to my surprise, there were people inside.
Well, only two... and they seem to be playing.. Zombie Apocalypse and really enjoying it.
Wait a minute... They look familiar.
As I realize who they were, my face was totally in shock. How come Randy never told me about this?!
I could've come with them!
Unless....
He wants the two of them to be alone together. I knocked and banged on the glass to get heir attention. Luckily, Randy who was wearing the Ninja mask heard me while (Y/n) kept on playing. He tapped on (Y/n)'s shoulder and said something to her before walking away and went outside the game hole.
"What's the meaning of this, dude?!" I asked kinda pissed off with the way he's keeping secrets from his best friend.
"I...uhm.. Its not what you think, Howard." He said as he looked at me. "I'm just showing her around.. you know, like a tour of Norrisville." He finalized with a happy tone in his voice.
Oh, its just a tour ey?
"Well, that's reassuring. You won't mind if I come along then?" I said as I walked past him and was about to enter the game hole when suddenly, I was stopped by him with his red scarf that pulled me away from the door.
I just looked at him with a confused face. "What the wonk, dude?!"
He was hesitant to reply. "You can't come along, Howard. Its.. kinda special for me-.. I mean for her. I... I hope you can understand. I'll bring you some gravy fries later alright?"
I didn't even have the time to reply since after he said that, he quickly ran back in.
Uuhhggg... he better buy me allot of gravy fries.
Allot of strange things are happening to Randy. First of all, that time when caught him wonking (Y/n)... And now, this?!
I have a feeling he's not gonna like the ending of all of this.
•--Randy's POV--•
I went in the game hole and head towards where (Y/n) was while hoping that I wasn't too harsh on Howard and that he'll still be my best bud after this.
And as if on cue, her game ended.
I saw her score and it was one score away from my high score. I was really relieved that she didn't beat my score but was impressed since this was her first time seeing and playing this game.
"Huh.. Impressed?" (Y/n) smirked playfully as she folded her arms and looked at me.
"I am, actually." I replied as I stood in awe.
She just smiled wide and started to walk towards the stairs to the second floor. I caught up with her and walked beside her again.
"Don't you guys have food here called... gravy fries?" (Y/n) asked as she smiled, getting excited again like earlier.
I think I'll never get used to that smile of hers.
