Is also having abilities as a supersoldier, but different from Shipper who is both balanced with close-ranged and ranged combat, One Eye is only good in Sniping.

One Eye is the best Sniper of the organization, he can shoot a fly from distance without a scope if he wants.

That's why he doesn't use sniping scope when the range is average, his eye sights is the best in the whole Organization.

He used alot types of snipers, but he only like the M82A1.

If it is about assassination, CheyTac M200 is the gun he'll always bring with him.

If it is not, he will bring the M82A1.
