FOUR YEARS LATER (LONDON)

A huge bungalow is seen.

Amika was sitting on the couch at the pool side.

Suddenly two hands wrapped around her shoulders and a smile covered her lips.

A- Hey hubby. When did you get back?

M- Just now. What my wifey is doing here? You're back early today?

The man forwarded his palm towards her and she held it with a smile. She stood up from the couch and they went inside to the living room.

A- Yeah. I didn't had more work today. How was your day?

M- Good as always. Especially when I have a beautiful wifey like you.

Anika blushed and pecked his cheek.

A- Let's go. I'll make coffee for us.

Anika went to kitchen and he followed her.

While Anika was making coffee, the man wrapped his arms around her waist and back-hugged her.

M- What were you thinking about?

A- Nothing. Just past. How can someone stoop so low?

The man frowned and looked at her.

M- Anika, how many times I've told you to forget about your past? It's hurting you and I can't see you hurting. Baby, you've to forget the past.

Anika looked at him with teary eyes.

A- I can't forget about it, Shivaay. I can't.

S- It's okay baby.

Shivaay hugged her and Anika started crying. Shivaay switched off the stove and he picked up Anika in his arms. He took her to their bedroom.

He made her lie down on the bed and sat beside her.

Slowly Anika drifted into sleep and Shivaay kissed her forehead.

S- Everything will be fine baby.

He went to his home office.

He sat down on his chair and closed his eyes thinking of the past.

Flashback starts-

(After Shivaay's proposal.)

Shivaay and Anika were sitting in the living room watching movie. Anika noticed that Shivaay was somewhat tensed.

A- What happened Shivaay? You look tensed.

Shivaay faked a smile and shook his head in negative.

S- Nothing.

A- Tell me now. I know you since childhood and I know when you're lying.

S- Ok. Tia is threatening me.

Anika looked at him in shock.

A- What? That b*tch!

S- Yes. She's threatening me that if I don't leave you and go back to her, she'll put charges of molestation on me. I don't know she has some crappy edited video or something but trust me Anika, I never did something wrong. I didn't even kissed her when we were together. I don't know how..

Anika cupped Shivaay's face.

A- Shh...! It's okay. I trust you. But we can prove that video fake.

S- Technically no. Her dad is a police commissioner and he's helping her in this game because my dad is an industrialist and he wants some benefits so he's blackmailing me too.

A- Oh God! This Tia is such a b*tch. Okay, let's give her what she wants.

Shivaay looked at her with widened eyes.

S- What? No Anika. I can't leave you. I can't live without you.

Anika got emotional and hugged him tightly.

A- I'm not asking you to leave me, dumbo. We'll just pretend. You'll pretend that you cheated on me and I caught you. I'll pretend to leave you and take a flight to London. And you'll destroy the video after taking it from Tia and you'll come to London with the next flight.

Shivaay nodded his head but then frowned in confusion.

S- But why London?

A- Because Mr. Dumbo, we both got selected in London University and I've a cousin there who will help me to find a place to live.

Shivaay hugged Anika tightly.

S- I'm so happy that you're in my life.

A- Me too.

They watched the movie and Anika drifted into sleep.

Next day, according to the plan, Shivaay went to Tia and said that he was ready to break to with her.

T- I'm so happy, Shivaay baby that you're leaving that b*tch.

Tia said hugging Shivaay.

S- But we have to show her that we're together otherwise she won't leave me. And according to the deal, you'll handover me the video.

Tia nodded her head and they went to rooftop.

Tia hugged Shivaay and Shivaay immediately dialled Anika's number which was a cue for her to go to the rooftop and start acting.

And the same happened. Anika came to the rooftop and before opening the door, she out glycerine in her eyes for fake tears. She opened the door and started crying. Shivaay looked at her and winked while Tia smirked at her.

Anika ran to the entrance. Shivaay looked at Tia who gave him the pendrive with the video. Shivaay immediately broke the pendrive and followed Anika.

T- Where are you going, Shivaay baby?

S- I'll be back! Baby. Just wait for me.

Tia smiled sheepishly.

T- Okay. We'll go on a date tonight.

Shivaay nodded his head and followed Anika. He went to his car which was punctured, he immediately understood that it was Tia's doing.

He immediately hired an autorikshaw and followed Anika. He saw Tia following his auto through the mirror.

He asked the auto driver to drive slow.

After half an hour, he reached Anika's house, he sighed in relief when he saw that she already left. He looked at pendant and it stinged his heart but it was all part of their plan.

He looked at Tia's car which was parked at a little distance from the house.

He slumped down on the floor and started crying.

S- I lost her forever'.

He looked at the car and it drove away.

He immediately stood up and went to his home and packed his luggage. He took the next flight for London and left.

Anika and Shivaay completed their studies in London and after 1 and half year, Shivaay opened his construction company and Anika opened an interior designing business.

After few months, they got to know that Tia commited suicide as she didn't get Shivaay. It was proved that she was mentally ill.

Anika and Shivaay were shaken with this news.

Anika was completely broken as she thought that it was because of her. She sometimes overthinks about it and cries. Shivaay always tried to console her but Anika was broken.

After 2 years, they finally got married and it somehow made Anika forget the incident. But still sometimes, she remembers the incident.

Flashback ends.

Next morning, Shivaay and Anika were sitting in the lawn, drinking their coffee and having breakfast.

S- Are you fine now?

Anika nodded her head with a smile.

A- Yes I'm good.

S- I love you baby. And you know that I can't see you blaming for someone's stupidity. You have to think of me and yourself. Please forget about it.

Anika smiled and nodded her head.

A- I'll try to forget it. Only for you. I love you too.

Shivaay smiled and Side hugged her.

S- Do you know that I hired a new secretary yesterday and she's very beautiful?

Anika looked at him with narrowed eyes. She took a fork and put it near Shivaay's neck while his eyes widened in horror.

A- If you ever thought of another woman, then this fork will be inside your neck.

Shivaay chuckled and Anika glared at him.

S-Are you jealous, baby?

A- Yes. Because you're JUST MINE. Only mine.

Shivaay smiled and pecked her forehead.

S- Anyways, My secretary Sophia is quite beautiful at her age of 50.

Shivaay looked at Anika and they both burst into laughter.
