A car zoomed into the college campus. A boy in his early 20s stepped out of his sports car and A girl in a very short dress came out of the passenger seat.

She clunged onto the boy's arms like a grape from its vines.

G- Shivaay baby, you know I read yesterday College Magazine and you know we're the hottest couple of this college, Not that Vicky and his girlfriend, Natasha. I'm so happy.

S-Stop it, Tia. It doesn't matter that we're the hottest couple or not. The thing which matters is that we're together.

Tia gave him a fake smile.

T- Yeah right.

Shivaay and Tia were walking in the college corridor when a girl in her early 20s bumped into Shivaay and all her books fell down on the floor. She adjusted her specs and glared at the boy.

G- I didn't knew that you donated your eyes recently.

Shivaay glared at her.

S- Look who we have here. Miss Chashmish.

She angrily glared at him and bend down to pick up her books.

G- If you've weak memory, then let me tell you my name is Anika. Not Chashmish.

T- Baby! Why are you wasting your time with this downmarket girl. Let's go.

S- You're right, baby.

Shivaay and Tia left from there and Anika huffed in anger.

A- Bl**dy losers.

She went to her class and sat beside her only friend, Gauri.

G- What happened, Ani? You're looking angry.

A- All because of that loser.

Gauri understood that she was talking about Shivaay.

G- Chill Ani. Why do you even think about him? He's not worth it.

Anika took deep breath and nodded her head.

A- He was my best friend, Gauri. I never thought that he'll change like this after coming to college. We spent our whole childhood together, we're even neighbors but he treats me like he doesn't even know me. But to be honest, I don't know this Shivaay.

Anika said with glossy eyes and Gauri patted her shoulder a little to calm her down. Anika nodded her head.

At the same time, the class started.

Shivaay was also the football team captain. He was the most popular guy of the college and he had the hottest girlfriend. In short, he has everything. One thing was against him, Vicky, his biggest rival.

It was in the afternoon when he completed his football practice and was going towards locker room. Some boys came out of the locker room and looked at him while holding their laugh. Shivaay was confused.

He made his way to the locker room and the scene in front of his eyes, shook him to the core. His girlfriend Tia was kissing his one and only rival, Vicky. He dropped his bag on the floor and launched towards them.

He punched Vicky with his full strength, making his nose bleed. Tia was horror-struck.

T- Shivaay, stop. What are you doing? You'll kill him.

Shivaay looked at her with blood red eyes and Tia took a step back after seeing his wrath.

S- WHAT AM I DOING? WHAT WERE YOU DOING? YOU BL**DY CHEATED ON ME. HOW COULD YOU?

T- SO WHAT? DO YOU EVEN REMEMBER THE LAST TIME WHEN YOU TALKED TO ME ROMANTICALLY? YOU ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT THAT BL**DY LOSER ANIKA. I'M TIRED OF YOU AND YOUR BANTERS. YOU KNOW WHAT, VICKY IS MUCH BETTER THAN YOU.

S- YOU'RE BLAMING ALL THIS ON ME. BECAUSE OF YOU, I LEFT MY BEST FRIEND AND YOU'RE BLAMING ME. YOU FELT INSECURE THAT I SPENT MOST OF MY TIME WITH ANIKA AND YOU MADE ME BREAK MY FRIENDSHIP WITH HER.

T- Yes because I thought that after breaking your friendship with her, you will be all mine. But no, even after breaking your friendship, you always talked about her. We haven't even kissed in our whole relationship.

S- You know what you're a sick b*tch and it's over.

Shivaay left the locker room in full wrath.

Whole college was talking about him and his break up.

B1- Have you heard about Shivaay? His only girlfriend cheated on him.

B2- Yes. I heard. Such a loser he is.

B3- True. Now his cool dude image went down the drains.

They all chuckled. Shivaay overheard all this and angrily drove towards his home.

Anika came out of the class and heard all the gossip going around the college.

G- OMG! Tia cheated on Shivaay.

A- Good for him.

Anika said with non-affected expression.

G- You know what! He drove out of the college angrily.

A tinge of stress appeared in Anika's face but soon she covered it with her plane face.

A- I don't care. Ok. I'm going home.

Anika immediately went to her home and quickly opened her room window so that she can peep into Shivaay's room if he was fine or not.

She saw his room's light switched on and she sighed in relief that he's fine.

She thought to change her dress and rest for a while. She was about to take off her top when there was a knock in her window. She got horrified and immediately pulled her top down. She turned to look at her window and saw Shivaay entering her room through her window.

A- What the hell! I was about to change my dress.

S- So what? It's not like I haven't seen anything.

Shivaay said in a bored voice and Anika's eyes widened in horror.

A- What did you mean by that?

S- I mean that sometimes you forget to close your window curtains and I got a sneak peak sometimes.

Anika's eyes widened and she glared at him.

A- Oh My God! You're such a pervert.

Shivaay just shrugged his shoulder and sat on her bed comfortably.

A- Anyways, why are you even here?

S- I just wanted to be with someone.

Shivaay said sadly and Anika felt bad for him. She hasn't seen him so vulnerable after the time when he broke their friendship.

S- Can we just sit like we used to before?

Anika knew that it wasn't the time for argument, so she simply bodded her head and sat beside him. They were sitting in silence when Anika broke the silence.

A- So, you and Tia broke up.

S- Hmm. She cheated on me.

A- And you rashly drived to your home to escape all those comments which people were making on you.

Anika said angrily on his carelessness.

S- I don't know any other way of escaping my problems. That's why I'd been a worst friend to you and a worst human being. When Tia started getting insecure of you, I didn't face that problem, I escaped it by breaking our friendship and when she cheated on me, I escaped by driving home.

Shivaay said with teary eyes.

S- I'm so sorry that I hurt you. You were never wrong but I was too foolish to understand it. I don't deserve any happiness. I kept on insulting you everyday and I won't be surprised if you hate me now.

Anika looked at him with teary eyes.

A- I don't hate you. You were always my best friend and will always be. Yes, I was angry on you because you never listen to your heart, you just take instant stupid decisions and breaking our friendship was one of them. I can still be your best friend if you promise me to never break it again.

Shivaay hugged Anika tightly and started crying.

S- I hate myself for being so unfair to you. I promise not to break our friendship again.

Anika smiled at him.

A- Now stop crying like a crybaby and let's make our hot chocolate like old days.

S- Yes.

Shivaay said in excitement. They headed towards kitchen.

Anika sat on the kitchen platform and Shivaay started making two cups of hot chocolate.

He passed one cup of hot chocolate to Anika and took one for himself.

Shivaay stood between her legs and started sipping their hot chocolate.

Anika's phone pinged with all college gossip and she saw all the Ill-talks about Shivaay that he was a loser, his own girlfriend cheated on him and now Tia was dating Vicky and all that. Shivaay also saw that and his face lost all its color.

S- Now I'm the talk of the town. Everybody is blaming me that I was the reason she cheated on me, that I'm at fault. Why are boys always at fault? Sometimes, a girl can also be wrong.

A- I know Shivaay, it's difficult for you but you have to face your problem this time. I know Tia wasn't worth your love but make her regret her mistake.

S- I never loved her.

Anika looked at him shocked.

A- What?

S- I was just attracted to her, not in love with her. When she cheated on me, I didn't feel bad but I was angry that she should've discussed with me and we can be separated mutually.

Anika came out of her shock.

A- Ok. Right.

S- But I really wanna teach her a lesson for cheating on me. She just can't go away with it.

A- Hmm.

Shivaay looked at Anika and an idea clicked his mind.

S- Be my girlfriend?

Anika choked on her hot chocolate and started coughing.

Shivaay patted her back and she got back to normal.

A- Are you mad? What are you talking about? We are just friends.

S- Not real girlfriend, dumbo. Just a fake girlfriend.

A- No this is such a rubbish idea. I won't do anything like this.

S- Please.

Shivaay made a puppy face and Anika ignored him.

She got down from the kitchen platform and walked towards her room.

S- Pretty please.

A- No.

S- Can't you do this much for your best friend? I'm so hurt right now.

He sat on the couch with a sad pout. Anika wasn't able to see him sad.

A- Okay fine.

Shivaay squealed in joy and hugged her.

S- Thank you. Thank you.

A- But get one thing straight in your mind. If you get cosy with me then I'll make your 206 bones into 306 . Okay?

S- Okay.

A- Now what I've to do?

S-First you need a makeover.

Anika frowned at him.

A- Why a makeover?

S- Because I want to show them the real Anika, not a facade of Anika.

A- What do you mean by that?

S- I mean that the real beautiful Anika is hidden behind these specs and heavy oversized clothes. I want to show them the real you. Now let's go.

Shivaay took her to many salons and shopping malls.

They bought many dresses, contact lenses and they finally went for a full makeover.

After makeover, Anika went to change her dress. Shivaay was waiting for her anxiously.

He knocked on the changing room's door.

S- Anika? Are you fine in there?

A- Shivaay, I'm not able to recognize myself.

Shivaay sat on the stool with his head on his hands.

S- Come out. I'll see if I'm able to recognize you or not.

Anika unlocked the door and came out of the Changing room.

Shivaay looked at her and he fell down from the stool.

S- Oh My God! Now the college will be definitely on fire. Haaye Garmi!

Anika tucked her hair strand behind her ear nervously.
