**Delilah**

"YOU DID WHAT?!", Danielle practically shouts, widening her eyes the size of golf balls

"Blake asked me, to join him for lunch this afternoon", I say with a smile.

"Oh my goodness Dee", Dani gleams as I shush her to stay calm.

"Thanks so adorable, you blushing", she coos as I couldn't help the heat spreading across my cheeks.

"Delilah's got a boyfriend", she teases as I laugh.

"It's nothing Danielle. Besides I have a real boyfriend", I remind her.

"Oh yeah, Austin", she says rolling her eyes.

"Oh come on, don't be like that", I playfully punch her arm.

"I never liked him you know", she says pulling a childish angry face,  and I burst into a fit of laugher.

"How can I forget, you remind me almost every day", I state nodding my head.

"And I'll never stop until the day I die", she says in a stern voice holding her right hand over her heart.

"Oh trust me, I know", I laugh through laugher and she joins.

"Preach it sista", she says shaking her head like a lunatic.

"By the way have you heard the news?", Dani asks me amused.

"What news?", I ask curious.

"Bethany, Blake's ex. Threw another trantrum in his office today. I heard it was so bad, security had to escort her out", she says matter-of-factly.

"Really?", I gasp as she nods.

"Poor girl just doesn't know how to let go", Dani says shaking her head dissapprovingly.

"Speak of the devil", Danielle glares as I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist.

"Hey cutie", Austin greets placing a kiss to my cheek.

"Hey, what a surprise", I return his big.

"Yeah since I'm on my lunch break, I thought I'd come visit my gorgeous girlfriend at work", he says causing me to blush at his compliment.

"Hey Dani", he greets Danielle.

"Don't even care", she waves him off and he smiles. I playfully pout at Danielle and she blows me a kiss, I roll my eyes at her mocking gesture.

"Someone needs to turn that frown upside down", Austin says to Dani.

"Yeah, and someone needs to get out of my cafè", she shoots back with a fake smile.

"Ouch, that hurt", he teases her as she smiles.

"Well good, it's supposed to"

"Okay enough you guys", I cut inbetween their little insult game.

"I love you both and it would be great if you two got along", I say truthfully as Danielle let's out a snort.

"Yeah like that's gonna happen", Dani sneers.

"I really don't understand why you hate me so much", Austin states confused.

"Yeah right buddy", Dani replies shooting him a wink as she walks away to the counter.

"What was that about?", he asks.

"Who knows", I reply. Deep down, I knew was what bothering Danielle.

"Enough about the haters", Austin starts. "Care to join me for pizza ? ", he offers and I act like I think about it.

"I would love to....but I'm at work", I state as he playfully pouts.

"Danielle can cover for you", he pleads.

I look at Dani as she furrows her eyes before saying, " you owe me Dee", and I thank her in a bear hug.

"Just know something", she says looking at Austin. "I'm only doing this for my bestfriend and not you", her words rushed out with a sneaky smile.

"Enjoy", Dani waves to me with a heart warming smile.

I walk through the cafe's door with Austin just behind me, following my every step.

"I'm starting to get the feeling she doesn't like me very much", Austin says with a grin.

"No what you talking about, she loves you", I say with sarcasm laced in my voice, and a deep sound fills my ears as Austin chuckles.

"You hungry?", he asks as we get into his sliver BMW.

"Starving", I state, since I didn't get my lunch break yet.  Mondays are always the busiest days, that's the day most people havebusiness meetings. It's my latest most working  hours too. Mondays are my day to leave last and make sure everythings set for the set day. Which reminds me, I should probably got back to the cafè after my lunch with Austin.

"Pizza?", he says cutting me from my thoughts.

"Perfect", I say with a wide smile.

We soon arrive at the pizzaira. Austin gets out first as he jogs to my side, and opens the door. Always the gentleman.

We sit down in a booth as a blonde guy hands us our menus. 10 minutes later her returns taking our order as he shoots me a flirtatious wink, but I shrug it off.

"Delilah we need to talk", Austin starts taking my hand in his.

"Well that doesn't sound very promising", I state with a nervous smile.

"I'm going to away for awhile. My company I work for as a business deal back in L.A and I was assigned to make assure the deal gets sealed", he finally says getting straight to the point.

Different emotions bubbles through my vains. Feeling dissapointment, mad, confused and abit of happiness  lingers in the air since he finally gets the chance to be L.A. It's all he ever talk about when he talks about his career.

"Well that's great Austin, but how long are you going to be away?", I ask curious trying to stay calm.

"About three weeks", he says trailing his thumb over my hand.

"When are you leaving?"? I ask my voice softer than intended.

"Tomorrow", he says releasing a sigh as my eyes widen.

"What, tomorrow?", I repeat taken back that he tells me this news a day before he leaves to L.A.

"Yeah, but I'm sure three weeks will be over in no time", he assures me as I stare at him.

Our waiter soon returns placing our pizza before us. The smell of the pizza instanly filling my nose.

"I'll only be away for a little while, I promise", he says taking a slice of pizza.

"It's okay Austin, I'm going to miss you alot", I say truthfully.

"I'm going to miss you so much more", he answers making me smile.

"Impossible", I say stretching the 'im-'

"Even the impossible is possible", he says with a wink making me laugh.

"Let's just enjoy this pizza together", he says as I agree.

"To successful trip", I say rasing my pizza in the air before taking a bite.

"To my gorgeous girlfriend who will wait for me to return", Austin says rasing his pizza in the air, before taking a bite as we laugh together.

"I'm so lucky to have you Delilah", he says staring into my eyes.

"I love you", he says gently squeezing my hand in his.

"I love you too"
