**Delilah**

I'm so excited that Blake asked me to go with him to....Hawaii. I can't believe I'm actually going to Hawaii. I'm so happy for him that he's launching his new restaurant there.

He seems so happy and nervous about our trip. I always dreamt and watched movies about people going to Hawaii on a holiday. The dancing, the music, the beach, the resorts. Although we might not be staying at a resort. My eyes widened as Blake told me he recently bought a beach house.

"I can't find my suitcase", I whine tearing my room upside down.

"I found it, relaxe", Dani comes in with a smile holding my purple luggage bag.

"Someone's happy they're leaving me", she says with a sad smile. I drop the case on the floor and walk over to her extending my arms.

"I'll make sure to call every night", I say and she tightens the hug.

Almost an hour later, I check my list that I have everything that I need. Including causal wear, swimwear, hoodies, pjs and my basic necessities.

Soon a black Porsche pulls up into our driveway. I smile knowing that it's Blake and I practically run to the door.

I open it with a smile. "Hey", I greet and he stands before me with pink roses. "Hey sweetcheeks, these are for you", he hands  me the roses.

"Aww thank you. They're beautiful", I say bringing them to my nose.

"Oh hey Blake", Dani greets and I hand her the flowers before jumping into his arms, taking him by surprise but he soon chuckles.

"Now let's do this over", he says. "Good morning Delilah", he greets sounding more polite and I giggle. Before I could greet him again he places his lips on mine. And I instantly return the gentle gesture, craving his lips.

The kiss breaks and we both gasping for air. His hair slightly wild as I ran my fingers through then and his eyes a darker shade as I hold his gaze. I would like to just stare into his eyes everyday.

"Our planes leaving in an hour, we should get going", he says and I nod.

After we place all my belongs in the trunk, I turn around seeing Dani with a sad smile in her face.

"I'm going to miss you so much Dee", she exclaims and I giggle.

"It's only for about a week", I inform her she narrows her eyes. "Yeah, a week without my bestfriend", she whines and I hug her tightly.

"I'll see you soon okay", I say placing a kiss on her cheek.

She waves us off as we drive on our way to the airport. "You look nervous", Blake teases placing his hand on my thigh as he keeps his eyes fixed on the road. My skin feels as if its on fire as I stare at his hand, placing my hand on his and he quickly glances at me. Bringing our intwind hands to his lips. Lighting up my skin, sending shivers down my spine.

"I'm just glad I'm going with you", I say and he smiles. "So am I", he stops at a red stoplight and leans over peaking my lips. I turn on the radio to break the silence.

"Sorry if it's hard to catch my vibe,
I need a lover to trust, are you down for the ride,
It's not easy for someone to catch my eye, but I've been waiting for you for my whole damn life,
For my whole time time"

I start singing one of my favourite songs looking out the window. My excitement bubbling as we near the airport.

"Tell me where your love lies,
Waste aday and spend the night, underneath the sunrise,
Show me where your love lies"

Khalid ft Normani ~ love lies

Blakes voice fill my ears. I smile realising it's the first time he's ever sang infront of me...ever. I smile saviouring his sweet, but husky voice. A very good combination. He sounds so relaxed and peaceful during the song. It's the exact way I feel when I sing.

"You have a beautiful voice", I compliment and he chuckles keeping his gaze on the road.

"That's the first time I've ever heard you sing before", I state. He raises his eyebrows, clearing his voice. "That's because I never", he replies not wanting to elaborate. His voice sounds strained as if he avoids the topic for a reason. So I drop it, not wanting to ruin the mood since we going to Hawaii together. And the mood has to be clear.

He stares out into the open as we finally reach the airport. "Is everything okay?", I ask him and he bites his lip before turning his head to me.

"Just alittle stressed about the launch tonight", he says leaning over pecking my lips. I force a smile as he steps out the car, walking over to open my side.

I step out thanking him and suddenly Martin comes holding a luggage cart.

"It's so glad to see you Delilah, I'm so glad you okay", Martin smiles as he sees me.

"Oh don't remind me about that", I say self-consciously placing my hand over my hip.

He places all our luggage into the cart. Blake pulls his tug bag over his shoulder, and takes my hand in his.

"Let's go", he huffs and I nod, my feet walking alittle abit more faster than Blake's to catch up with his pace.

We enter the airport where it's filled with people running up and down, tugging children behind them as their husbands push the luggage carts behind them. Some with full blown smiles on their faces at the fact that leaving the country for a holiday or going back home, and some with tears staining their cheeks because they're leaving family behind. I wide smile takes over my face, as I spot a grandmother tugging her grand-daughter. Instantly reminding me of my gran.

I feel Blake's gaze on me and authentically look at him. He studies my face and a small smile tugs in his face. "I'll be right back", he says suddenly and I nod.

After about five minutes, he returns exhaling a breathe. He smiles placing his lips on mine taking me by surprise. After a few seconds I return the kiss. I raise my eyebrows and he chuckles squeezing my hand in his.

"Let's go", he says guiding me through me the crowd with a happy smile on his face.
