We'll Meet Again Somewhere (Epilogue)

"Let me help you with the bags." Brianna insisted.

I waved her off, groaning as I picked them back up again, the handle of my suitcase hitting my pregnant stomach.

"Blake, come on. Let us help!" Shay jumped in, reaching for my hand. I shook my head, glaring at my family and friends.

"I'm okay, guys. Really. I can do it by myself." I saw a dark look appear in Wes' eyes as he stared at me, his lips curved downward.

"You're seven months pregnant, sweetheart." Mom said, "You can't be doing everything by yourself anymore."

"Yeah, yeah." I muttered, setting all of my stuff down so I could take in my surroundings.

The campus behind me was cluttered with incoming Freshman as well as staff and students that already went here. My family looked anxious; my friends depressed.

Ray was the only one that had gotten into Stanford with me and had been insistent that he came to keep me company. That was probably why he was the only one with a lopsided grin on his face.

"Oh, sweetie. I can't believe you're moving away from me and with my little grandbaby too!" Mom exclaimed, throwing her arms around me and burying her face against my shoulder. I gave James and my sister a pleading look, but they only laughed.

"You'll call me every day with an update on little Cassidy kicking, right? Oh, and on all of your classes and how you're doing." Mom looked ready to go on, but James stepped forward with my newborn sister in his arms.

"Sweetheart, I think she gets it." Mom was still shaking her head as Shay stepped forward and pulled me into a bone crushing hug, sighing as she pulled away.

"That damn baby bump is getting in the way." She said jokingly, "I can't wait until she's out and we can drag her along with us on our shopping trips." I laughed, shaking my head as I hugged her again. When I pulled away, I found her crying.

"Don't look at me like that! I'm going to miss you, idiot!" She slapped my arm, sniffling.

"You're only a couple hours away, Shay." I reminded her with a smile.

"Yeah, but you'll make other best friends here and-"

"And they won't ever replace you, I promise." She squeezed my hand as she backed away and allowed my sister in.

Over the last five months, I'd found it fairly easy to talk to her about everything. About Cam and Jacob, about my rape. She had even been the one that helped me deliver the news to Shay and Wes, who had taken it better than I expected.

"You'll Skype, right?" She asked.

"You know it." I responded. Chase stepped forward and pulled me into a hug of his own, whispering something about kicking guys asses if they messed with me. After hugging the kids, I returned to my Mom and James.

"My little girl is all grown up." Mom grumbled, emotionally. She took my face in her hands and stared at me, "My beautiful girl." She pulled me into a hug and kissed my head multiple times.

James handed Britt over to Mom before stepping forward and pulling me into a warm embrace.

"You'll be okay, right?" He asked.

"Yeah, Dad. I'll be fine." I sighed, "Just make sure Mom doesn't spoil the crap out of her." James was laughing as Mom slapped his arm. I leaned over my sister and touched her cheek softly.

"I'll see you in a couple months, baby girl." I stepped away from everyone and finally turned my attention to Wes.

He was leaning back against the flag pole, his hands shoved in his pockets as he stared at me. He huffed out a loud sigh as he pried himself from his position and walked over to me, hugging me before I had a chance to say anything.

"I told you he'd hurt you." Wes growled in my ear, "Dammit, Blake. Stop acting like it doesn't affect you."

"It doesn't." I lied, "Not anymore." He shook his head, obviously not believing a word I said.

"Call me if you need anything. I'll be in and out of the hospital for a few months, but I'll always answer." He muttered.

"I hope they can cure you." I knew it would have to be a miracle to cure someone of HIV, but I had to hope.

"So do I." He kissed my forehead, then touched my stomach gently before backing away.

"I think that's our cue, Buttercup. Farewell, my friends!" Ray bowed, kissing Shay's cheek before wrapping his arm around my waist and helping with my bags. He didn't look like carrying two duffel bags of his own and my suitcase had any strain on him.

I sent another wave and air kisses over my shoulder to everyone before we headed into the front office. After getting our dorm room numbers and information, Ray turned to me.

"I guess this is where we part." He said, sadness clear in his eyes.

"Yeah." I frowned, "Until you drop my bag off later."

"Until then." He leaned forward and kissed my forehead, then my stomach before turning on his heel and walking out.

"Excuse me, Ma'am. But do you know who I'll be sharing my dorm with?" I asked the secretary. She took my name and room number down before nodding.

"Sienna Hall." She looked at my stomach with a small smile.

"When are you due?" I rubbed it, returning the smile.

"October. She's been kicking up a storm all morning. I'm guessing she likes moving away from home as much as I do." The middle aged woman laughed before bidding me goodbye.

As I made my way across campus to the dorm rooms, I couldn't help but feel as if everyone's eyes were on me. As if I were in high school again.

"Oh My God! I'm so sorry!" A quiet squeak left a girl in front of me as my shirt was splashed with ice cold water. I looked up to find a petite brunette standing in front of me in a Ninja Turtle shirt and a pair of sweatpants.

"It's okay." I smiled weakly, wiping off what I could of the water. "I didn't really like this shirt anyway."

The girl laughed, shaking her head as she outstretched her hand.

"I'm Sienna Hall. I'm guessing you're my new pregnant roommate, yeah?" I would have been offended if it were anyone else, but the girl seemed to have a sense of humor and it came out as more of a joke than anything.

"Yeah, but I prefer Blake." I took her hand, "Blake Hart."

"My boyfriend Robbie is waiting in our dorm room, I hope you don't mind. He had to drive a couple hours to get here." I shook my head, following her as she led me back toward the entrance to the building.

"No, no. That's fine. I hope he doesn't mind having a pregnant girl in the room with you guys." I joked. She laughed shaking her head.

"He's really sweet, I'm sure he won't mind."

We talked about where we were from on our way to the room, a few people catching my eye and giving me strange looks as I stuck beside the short girl beside me.

She had apparently come from Oregon, and had apparently been forced to come to Stanford by her boyfriend, Robbie.

"My casa is now your casa." She opened the door and let it creak open until it revealed the two men sitting on the bare bed-my bed.

The first guy, a cute dark haired guy with a crooked smile and a playful look in his eyes stood up, leaving me to stare at the back of the other guy's head in confusion.

"Robbie, this is my new roommate, Blake. Blake, this is my boyfriend Robbie." I saw the boy on my bed tense, his entire back becoming a hard surface. A familiar hard surface.

"It's nice to meet you." Robbie said politely, but my mind and heart were racing a million miles per hour as the guy turned around to face me.

My eyes started at the pair of old Nike's on his feet, then the black jeans that were a little too skinny for my liking, and to the gray Stanford shirt. Then finally to the man's face.

He had a five o' clock shadow, looking on the verge of a beard. His lips were parting slowly, his hazel eyes taking in my appearance with a mixture of awe and fear.

"Oh, dammit." Sienna muttered, then gestured toward the man standing a few feet away.

"Blake, this is Robbie's best friend Cameron. Cam, this is my new roommate-" Sienna never got to finish her sentence, the words left my ex best friend and boyfriend's mouth before they could.

"Blake?"

So there it is. I know, I know. Don't hate me because of the cliffhanger.

I left it open for a sequel if you guys want it. Anyone see the references I made to one of my other books?

Let me know what you guys thought and think of a sequel of them in college
