I haven't decided on a name for him yet (was thinking of calling him Crip or something), but he's a clone instructor with a facial disfigurement similar to 99's that occurred while he was in his growth chamber. He ends up training Hopper, a clone cadet OC I'm creating who didn't fully grow one leg in his growth chamber (only the thigh), and the two of them bond fairly quickly.
