Hi there! This is just gonna be a quick intro for this story! Apparently my stories are depressing af, so if you aren't into that kind of story, then you can decide if you actually want to read this😂 My writing is pretty trashy; beware.

1. I have a percico book if any of y'all are up for reading that. It's called Alone Again, and you can get a taste of my trash.

2. This book will have scenarios with therapeutic sessions, but I've only been in one for, like, eight minutes.

It wasn't even for me, and my mom was in the room.

I also don't know much about many of these topics, so you're all probably wondering, "Wait, why is she writing about them then?"

My answer: I want to be able to reach out to as many readers as possible, partly. I also just like learning more about the topics and their effects or processes. Luckily, I have not personally dealt with any of these topics excluding anxiety in my life, but I've known people who have dealt with things like abuse and self-harm.

If I get something wrong with any of the situations, please correct me. I want this to be as accurate and realistic as possible.

3. Finally, I just want to give the whole cliché "I'm here to talk to if you need me" statement. I really am, though. If any of you readers out there are struggling or just want to have a friendly conversation, you are always free to contact me.
