Personality: Cecil is a very gentle person. He's pretty laid back, thinking and pondering his words before he says them. Maybe it's the fact that he over analyzes his words that half of them don't seem to make sense coming out of his mouth, but he knows what point he wants to get across. He fumbles with his speech and used to have a lisp, but speech therapy has helped solve that problem so now he can be as talkative as he wants. Which isn't that talkative. He's pretty chill, wanting the world to talk through their problems instead of pointing guns at one another. Cecil is also quite the romantic, although he sucks at flirting so that doesn't usually matter much anyways.

Strengths: Negotiations, explaining things, keeping calm when crap hits the fan.

Weaknesses: Fighting, flirting, quick wits.

Choice Of Weapon: A pack of cards. He'd rather play a game with his enemies rather than fight him.

Backstory: Cecil thought that his dad was pretty chill. Never really seemed to be into dating, instead working hard to always put food on the table. Cecil always admired that, but he wondered what happened before that Cecil ended up in his care, as he knew nothing about his mother. He didn't even care for the longest time, as he was busy writing the school's newspaper and running around the community interviewing others. However, one day his dad sent him to camp. Cecil was a bit confused, but went along with it until he showed up and found out that it wasn't an ordinary camp. He's never met his mother as whenever she visits, he avoids her like the plague. He doesn't want to give her any attention that he doesn't have to. #Mommyissues.

Fatal Flaw: He's self conscious about his body quite a bit and is quick to cover up, quickly adjusting his finer features almost constantly to try and improve himself.
