PARIDHI'S P.O.V

I woke up at 8:00 am in the morning. I sat up on the bed and yawned. Stretching my arms, I squinted at the window. The weather was fairly cosy. I smiled. Abruptly the sound of yelling reached my ears. I was about to sprang out of the bed when the bedroom door burst open and incame Viraj, my family and my friends. I was all smiles after seeing my family.
"This is my mansion, did you get that. " Viraj yelled, infuriated. My brother sprinted towards me and hugged me tightly, receiving a glare from Viraj as an outcome of it.
"Since when we said that it's our mansion, numbskull." sunidhi said with gritted teeth. Viraj glared at her.
"You better shut your mouth. " he warned her furiously.
"As if we are scared of you. " nilima scowled at him. Viraj was about to respond when my father cut in.
"Are you seriously that barmy, Viraj.!!! You want to marry her but tell me one thing, will you bring your 'Baraat' in this mansion. " my dad scowled. Viraj gaped at him.
"I didn't think about that. " he mumbled.
"Don't bother yourself viraj.!! Don't need to distress yourself, you couldn't think for the reason that your brain is empty. " my brother sneered at him. Viraj glared at him.
"OK Fine. Our marriage is day after tomorrow, you can take her to your house but don't you dare try to help her escape. " Viraj warned. I smiled as tears enveloped my eyes. I can finally go back to my home. I got up from the bed and sprinted to my father. I hugged him tightly.
"I missed you so much. " I said with tears. He smiled and kissed my forehead. I was about to egress out of the room when Viraj grabbed my wrist. I gazed at him, perplexed.
"I have lost so many people paridhi. I lost my sister, my father, my brother who was my world. Now I can't afford to lose you. Please don't try to run away from me. I love you more than my life. " he said, staring at my face. His eyes manifested honesty, obsession, desperation and so much love. I could only nod.

We left from the mansion and proceeded towards our home. After half an hour we reached our destination. I came out of the car and gazed at my home. Tears formed in my eyes, after all it had been weeks since I last saw my house.
"You are safe now. " my brother said hugging me. He escorted me inside the house. I came inside my home to see my mom packing a bag. She glanced at me and wiped her tears.
"Pranav, take her with you. Leave this country. I have already packed your bags. " she said, scared as she caressed my face. My brother nodded, he grabbed the suitcase and gently held my hand. He was about to egress out when I grabbed his wrist. He glanced at me, puzzled.
"Come on pari, we have to leave this country as soon as possible. " he said. I gazed at him with teary eyes.
"I don't want to leave. " I said, crying. They all gaped at me, shocked.
"Pari what are you saying.!!! Please don't say this, this is the only chance, you can escape that monster. " sunidhi said. I looked at her, wiping my tears.
"I can't run away from him. I am the only one he has in his life. He will die if I will leave him. " I said sobbing.
"He is a psychopath, pari. He can kill you. Please just come with me. " my brother pleaded.
"He can never hurt me brother. " I said.
"Pari he is dangerous. He is not a man to love. " my father said, holding my hands.
"I don't love him dad. But just.....just think, if in future I fell in love with a man who breaks my heart, than what will I do. I know viraj will never betray me or break my heart, owing to the fact that he is crazy for me. He only wants me. I know I may sound crazy but viraj is the best for me. He loves me madly. I am destined to be his, dad. " I confessed, sobbing. Dad's eyes softened.
"How will you live with that guy, pari. He is a psychopath. " my Dad said softly.
"Even I don't know Dad. I don't love him, I am scared of him but if am fated to be with him than what can I do. " I said wiping my tears. My friends hugged me.
"We are always with you, pari. And don't worry, if he will hurt you than we will chop off his balls. " nilima said hugging me, I smiled.
"What sort of language is it.!!!! " my brother scowled.
"Sorry uncle, we didn't knew you were also here. " madhu guffawed and so did I. My brother rolled his eyes.

I was laying on my bed when I heard some noises coming from downstairs. I strolled outside the room and descended the stairs. I saw few man standing in the hall with my family.
"What's all this noise for. " I asked softly.
"Your fiance had sent these dresses for you. " my brother scowled. I looked at the dresses, they were indeed very beautiful.
"Wow.!!! " I exclaimed, merrily.
"What Wow.!!! These dresses look so bad, I wonder how bad his fashion sense is. " my brother said impassively. I hit his arm.
"Brother, please. " I said, glaring at him. He rolled his eyes. Meantime my mother entered inside.
"Pranav, Sunil has still not arrived with the flowers. Please go and see him. " my mother said. My brother nodded.
"And what are you doing here, pari. Go to your room and try these dresses. You have to wear one of these tomorrow. " my mother said. I gaped at her.
"What's tomorrow. " I asked agape. My mother sighed.
"Your 'mehendi'." she said pinching my cheeks as she egressed out of the hall. I gaped at her, startled.
"No way. " I whispered as I ran upstairs and sat on the bed with a thud.
"I am so stupid.!!!! I should have ran away.!!!! Stupid me. " I scowled.
"Urghhhhhhhhh.!!!!! " I punched the pillow, frustrated. After few minutes of punching the pillows, I finally gave up and laid on the bed.
"I think I should sleep. " I whispered as I closed my eyes and drifted off to slumber.

I woke up in the morning. I stretched my arms. I gazed outside through the glass window. Abruptly something struck in my mind.
"Oh God today is my 'Mehendi' . Urghhhhh....there will be so many guests, I hate guests and relatives. " I muttered as I sprang out of the bed and strolled towards the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and took a shower. After I finished taking a shower, I towel dry my body and wrapped a bathrobe around my body. I stepped outside my bathroom and was about to blow dry my hairs when I heard someone yelling my name.
"Who is this fellow.!!! " I scowled as I dashed towards the balcony. I stood in the balcony and looked down to see Viraj sitting on his knees with his arms stretched. And did I mention that he was shirtless.

I gaped at him, shocked.
"I love you pari. " he yelled, smiling. I blushed in embarrassment.
"Viraj what are you doing.??? " I said gazing around. The whole neighbourhood had came out of their houses. The young girls and boys were giggling, while the gossip ladies were gaping at him.
"You are mine. Just mine. I love you so much, pari. I really love you. " he confessed his love, still sitting on his knees. I blushed.
"Viraj please go. " I whispered softly, red-faced. He chuckled.
"I won't go until you say that you love me too. " he declared with a smile. I gaped at him, shocked.
"Viraj please don't do this. " I said blushing hard. He chuckled.
"Say you love me too. " he said like a stubborn kid. I hided my face in my hands and blushed. He is so crazy. But why I am blushing.??? Have I started liking him!!!!!! No way, I can't. I was about to open my mouth to utter something when my neighbour cut in.
"Pari say yes to him. You are so lucky that you have a fiance who is crazy for you. Don't break the heart of this man. " my neighbour yelled from her terrace.
"Go for it Paridhi. He is so handsome and adorable. Please say you love him too. " the kids yelled. I covered my face with my hands, blushing madly.
"Everyone is supporting me, pari. Please just say you love me too. " he said. I was a blushing mess by now.
"OK. I.......I......love you. " I whispered in a barely audible voice.
"Cannot hear, my love. " he yelled guffawing.
"I love you too. " I said, blushing as I ran inside the room, breathing heavily. A huge smile plastered on my face.
"She is shying from you, my son. " my neighbour yelled. I could hear viraj's chuckles. Meantime my brother entered inside my room, infuriated. He dashed towards the balcony and looked down.
"Don't you have any work to do. " my brother yelled at him. I peeked through the window to see Viraj rolling his eyes at him.
"Apart from loving your sister, I don't have any other work to do, brother-in-law. " he said with a smirk. I could see my brother was beyond furious.
"I am not your brother-in-law. " he said with gritted teeth.
"Too bad, you don't have a choice. " viraj chuckled.
"Pari ask him to shut his mouth before I punch his face. " my brother said furiously. I walked inside the balcony and tried to calm him down.
"Brother please relax. " I said endeavouring to calm him down.
"Baby I love you. " viraj said like a love sick puppy.
"SHUT UP YOU MORON. " my brother yelled, enraged.
"Viraj please go. " I said softly as I tried to cool down my brother. He shook his head like a stubborn kid.
"I won't go, I will stay with you. " he said tilting his head.
"HOW WILL HE NOT GO.!!!! I WILL KILL HIM TODAY. " my brother yelled angrily.
"Brother......Brother........Brother.....relax. Look I will ask him to go and.....he....he will go. Please calm down. " I said agape. I looked down at viraj, to see him still staring at me as if I was an angel.
"Viraj please go. Please don't anger him more." I pleaded. He sighed.
"OK baby, as you say. I love you, bye. " he said as a blew a kiss at me and walked towards his car.
"Is there a circus going around here. Huh.!!!!! GO BACK TO YOUR HOMES. " viraj yelled at the gossip ladies and the instant he did, they all ran inside their houses like a monkey. He sat inside his car and drove to his mansion. I sighed in relief.
"I will kill this bastard one day. " my brother said as he dashed outside the room. I smacked my hand on my head.
"Oh God.!!!!!! " I exclaimed as I started to search my clothes in the closet.

I was getting ready for the 'Mehendi'. I dressed up in a green lehenga. Sunidhi was doing my hairs, nilima was doing my makeup and madhu was making me wear my jewellery.
"Pari you are seriously getting married. " sunidhi said sadly. I held her hand in mine and nodded.
"Please don't get married. We don't want to lose our friend. " nilima said with tears. Tears formed in my eyes. I don't know how will I live without them.
"We will always be friends. I promise. I will ask Viraj to let you stay with me. " I said with a smile. They smiled back. Meantime the door opened and my mom came inside.
"C'mon girls, get ready fast. All the guests have arrived. " mom said as she closed the door.
"Let's go." madhu said. I nodded. We all walked outside the room and descended the stairs. All the women were already in the hall. They all gazed at me in awe.
"Your daughter looks so beautiful. " one of them said to my mother. My mom smiled. I sat in the middle, surrounded by the women and girls. Two girls came towards me and sat near me.
"Stretch your hands, we have to apply 'Mehendi' on your hands. " the brunette girl said. I smiled and stretched my hand. They began to do their work. Meantime the women started to sing the songs. I was literally surprised after hearing their songs. I mean they were abusing the groom, his family and friends in their own style. And trust me it was so funny. I love their songs. Howbeit the females stopped singing when they saw sunidhi coming inside. She was wearing a suit, which Viraj usually wears. The women laughed and so did I.
"Who is this man.??? " the lady in the violet Saree said, laughing. Sunidhi fixed the knot. I giggled.
"You don't know me. Silly woman. I am Viraj Ranawat. " she said walking in the same way viraj does. Sounds of laughter echoed in the hall.
"But why have you come here.??? Don't you know, man are not allowed here. " madhu said. I am seriously enjoying all this.
"I have come here for paridhi. " she said the same way viraj does. I chortled. Madhu and nilima glared at her.
"Come on girls, attack. " they said as they ran behind sunidhi while she ran in the front. I laughed harder.
"Name of the groom. " the girl asked me. Prior to I could respond someone cut in.
"Viraj Ranawat. " Viraj's voice appeared from the front. I glanced in the front to see viraj entering inside.

The women giggled. I looked away, blushing. Abruptly his eyes squinted at the left to see nilima and madhu chasing sunidhi who was running like a monkey.
"I am certain I don't look this bad. " he said looking at sunidhi. Sunidhi glared at him.
"Man are not allowed here. " sunidhi said glaring at him. He rolled his eyes.
"Why not. " he asked annoyed.
"Because we said so. " my friends yelled. He kept his hands on his ears because they were too loud.
"Do you think I am deaf.?? " he said with gritted teeth.
"No you aren't deaf but you are a halfwit for sure. " sunidhi said. Viraj glared at her.
"Viraj please go. You shouldn't be here. " I said softly. He sighed.
"As you say. " he muttered as he egressed out.
"Awww he is so adorable. " the lady said. I smiled.

After the 'Mehendi' was over, I went to my room. I was really tired so I laid on my bed. Abruptly I felt someone's presence inside the room. I looked around to find no one. I sighed.
"Baby. " I heard Viraj's voice. I sat up on the bed to see Viraj sitting on the chair, in the left. I gaped at him shocked.
"Viraj what are you doing here. " I whispered, scared. He came towards me and sat near me. He stuffed his hand in his pocket and took out something. I looked in his hand to see it was a pair of earrings. The earrings were though old-fashioned yet they looked beautiful.
"My father always wanted to see me getting married. I was just 6 years old when he purchased these earrings for my wife. But see he is not with me when I am going to get married. I know they are quite old-fashioned, you don't need to wear them, just keep them with you. " he said as he proffered me the earrings. I took the earrings from his hand. I undid my earrings and wore the earrings given by him. He gazed at me with love.
"Thank you. " he whispered.
"I didn't do it for you, I did it for your deceased father. " I said looking down. It was true though I didn't do it for him. He chuckled.
"Please go now. " I said, looking at him. He gazed at me, tilting his head.
"I love it when you shy from me. " he said breathlessly. He grabbed my waist and pulled me to his chest. I gaped at him, afraid.
"You are so beautiful. " he whispered as he pressed his nose against mine. I struggled.
"Viraj please leave me. " I whispered, scared. His grip on me tightened.
"I will never leave you. " he said staring at my face. Tears formed in my eyes. I am seriously scared of his psychotic side.
"Viraj let me go. " I pleaded with tears. He kissed my cheeks.
"I love you so much, pari. " he whispered as he tried to press his lips against mine but I was fast enough to turn my face away.
"Let me kiss you pari, please. " he pleaded. I gaped at him scared.
"No Viraj. " I said, striving to free myself.
"But why. " he asked.
"Because we are not married till now.......once we get.....married.......you can kiss me. " I said, stammering a bit. He sighed.
"Fine but remember I won't listen to your pleas on our wedding night. " he declared and I gaped at him. I seriously don't know how will I escape this beast on our wedding night. I can't even imagine what he will do with me.
