ringo frowned at his dead phone. oh well, he thought as he placed it back into his pocket, john did say to bugger off.

despite moping around for fifteen minutes at the park (it barely had people, which thankfully gave ringo peace and quiet to think) ringo's lips were still tingling from the accidental kiss a while ago. fuck, not even george could do this to him. he could still remember the feeling of john's hand holding his face, er, cupping it rather. yeah, that was the proper term. he could feel his face heating up by simply thinking of how it felt.

he was just going to give him an innocent "thank you" peck on the cheek! ringo didn't really expect john kissing him on the bloody mouth!

before george, he always stated that they were friends. best mates. pals. buddies. he never did make an obvious move on hi---

ringo's eyes widened.

oh my god, the friendly date- date! the realization slapped him hard like a rubber glove. john was actually subtley asking him out! and all this time ringo thought he was just making him feel better after the whole "george shot our date down" incident!

but he couldn't just leave george. ringo didn't want to hurt him and he still li--- loved the scouser. even if he was a dick sometimes. but isn't what love was? staying and liking someone despite their flaws and weird quirks?

but john, john was different. entirely and all over different. he made him feel things that even george couldn't do. and the whole reason he started dating george was because john didn't really give him a chance--- but he started liking george along the way and... ugh.

he groaned. everything was piling up and up and he needed someplace to cool down. and what better place to go than the ice cream shoppe?
