Anika woke up with severe headache. She stretched her hand for her phone to call her dear brother, who was in a school trip. But to her shock, she found nothing, except for fancy cushions. She opened her eyes at once and look around only to conclude that she was in Billuji's room.

God! What am I doing here? Why the hell is my head paining so much? What happened last night? Anika try to remember...

She got flashes of the heroics, she did last night.

How on Earth I got drunk? Maine toh sirf cocktail pe thi. Kahi iss bar bhi Rudy ne kuch mila toh nahi diya? Shit... How can I forget Robin? Uska kya huya? Waise kya sach me uss tadibaaz bhagah billa ne mujhe 2 bar... Nahin.. nahin.. 3 bar.. nahi.. whatever.. sorry toh bola...

Her thoughts were interrupted by her dear OmRu, along with Saumya and Prinku. Shivaay too came, after then and gave her a glass of lemon water. To everyone's surprise, Anika gulped it without any protest.

While giving back the empty glass, Anika passed i-remember-everything wala look too Shivaay.

Soon, she was tightly hugged by Prinku and Saumya.

"Ab koi mujhe bolega kal raat huya Kya tha?" Anika asked.

They narrated the incidents, where Daksh confessed everything about the attacks and about drugging her.

Anika was stunned, hearing Daksh's reality. She was not able to believe that one could be this much obsessed with anyone. She still shivered a little remembering all the attacks. But somewhere in her heart, she felt Daksh was behind those attacks, but never voiced her thoughts out.

"Where is he now?"

"He is still unconscious." Shivaay answered Anika.

Within a minute Khanna came to inform that police has came and the inspector was asking for them.

Freshening a little, Anika along with others went to the living room.

Even the elders were present there. Everyone were informed about last night's incident and about the true colors of Daksh.

Dadi took Anika in a motherly hug, telling soothing words. While, others assured her that they were with her. Anika was overwhelm with all the love.

Soon, the inspector started his inquiry. Anika informed about everything, starting from the day he first proposed her to the events happened last night. She, further, mentioned that there were no attacks after accepting Daksh's proposal, few days ago.

Shivaay ordered Khanna to bring the footage of last night, which he have collected from the club and Daksh's laptop, which Khanna stole that morning. Khanna left to bring them.

"Good morning, guys. Oh God.. my head is paining like hell.... Police yahan? Sab thik hai na?" Daksh asked, while descending from the stairs. All looked at him with disgust.

"Ab tak nahi tha ab ho jayega" Rudy told.

"Matlab? Main kuch samjha nahi?"

Khanna came and handed the DVD, containing footage of last night and Daksh's laptop to Shivaay.

"Mera laptop..."

"Don't worry, Daksh. Ab sab kuch samajh​ jaoge" Shivaay told, while eyeing the DVD.

Soon the footage was played. Anika, who was sitting in Jhanvi embrace, was having tears in her eyes, not for Daksh, but seeing everyone, specially Shivaay standing for her.

Then, more videos that were in the laptop, were played showing the attacks and the tortures done in Anika. She was shivering seeing the videos but Jhanvi and Pinky held her tight.

Daksh tried to run away, but was not successful. He was taken away by the constables, not before threatening Anika.

Anika thanked all for their help. To which everyone replied that she is family for them.

To divert Anika's mind, Dadi suggested all to get back to there work.

Shivaay was standing by the pool, when Anika came to him.

Not knowing what to say, Anika stood there in silence. Shivaay, though standing back-facing her, could sense her.

"Kuch kehena hai?" Shivaay asked, without turning.

Anika asked him to turn towards her. As soon as he turned, Shivaay was engulfed into a sudden hug by Anika. Shivaay was startled. He was in delima whether to hug her back, or not. Sensing him not hugging her back, she was about to break the hug when he hugged her back, pulling her more closer.

Though it was not their first hug, but this was way more special to them. This time there was no fear or anything else, which triggered the hug, but it was something which both did, willingly.

Without breaking the hug, Anika thanked him zillion times for being there for her. Shivaay, unknowingly, assured Anika that he would be there for her always. They broke the hug and Shivaay smirked, noticing a red hue an her cheeks.

Realizing what he just said, Shivaay quickly added 'as a friend'.

"Well then I must say I have great friends. Anyway mujhe Dadi k kuch kam karne hai. So baad mein milte Hai."

Anika left.

Next part will deal with Valentine's day planning, I guess. Sorry, I'll give Valentine's day update, so late.
