Bakugou, Mina, Sero, Kaminari, and Testutestu stood in Fat Gum's agency, all dressed in their hero costumes. Bakugou was getting angrier, scowling and knitting his brows so much that his eyes were almost covered in their shadow.
Eraserhead and Fat Gum talked together quietly, waiting for their sidekicks to get to the agency. Both of the sidekicks had a detour due to emergencies or sulfide robberies.
After twenty minutes, Shinsou walked into the solemn agency, quietly offering an apology for his absence. He went to his mentor and they talked quietly. Shinsou was noticeably concerned and confused as the discussion went on.
They waited about thirty more minutes for Tamaki, who was still busy and unresponsive to texts or calls from his mentor.
"We don't have time for this bullsh*t," Bakugou growled. "We have to go now."
Fat Gum looked at Eraserhead and sighed. "Okay. We'll wait for five more minutes."
"Before we go, there's something I need to tell you," Aizawa looked at Bakugou.
"It it important? If not, don't waste my f*cking time. We need to go get Kiri now."
"The blood test came back from the crime scene." The black haired hero stared at his blonde student. "The blood was yours."
Bakugou stared in shock. "I wasn't in that wing of the building. And I didn't bleed-"
"What the hell?" Kaminari looked at Aizawa. "Are you sure?"
Aizawa nodded. "There's no doubt about it. It's Bakugou's blood."
Bakugou scoffed. "That's impossible."
"Are you the real Bakugou?" Sero asked, looking at his blonde friend nervously.
"What the hell kind of question is that?" The blonde spat back.
"Like that girl from the league of villains. She used blood to transform into people," Mina added.
"When's your birthday?" Kaminari asked.
"April 20th, dipsh*t," Bakugou snarled.
"How does your quirk work?" Shinsou asked.
"I sweat nitroglycerin from my palms and that allows me to create explosions-"
"What subject did Kirishima struggle with the most in school?" Mina asked.
"F*cking math-"
"That's enough." Eraserhead stopped the bickering. "It's obvious this is the real Bakigou. Maybe the blood belonged to a clone of his. I'm sure we'll get the answers we need when we find Kirishima."
Fat Gum nodded. "Tamaki is being held up. There was some sort of emergency, and him and Lemillion are taking care of it."
With that, all of the heroes headed out, determined to save their friend.

The seven heroes gathered in an alleyway, hidden from the view of the large, seemingly abandoned, house that was thought to hold Kirishima.
"Here's the plan," Fat Gum whispered, "Testutestu, Sero, Kaminari, ans Shinsou are to go in and retrieve Kirishima. I will be leading you inside with Ashido, but I have to stand guard at the doors. Eraser and Ground Zero will be out here and you're to contact them when you get Riot."
"Wait a damn minute, why am I not going in to save him?" Bakugou stared at the older hero with hatred.
"You're toi unpredictable-" Aizawa started.
"It's my fault he's in there! I'm going in and I'm gonna be the one to get him back! Not any of you extras!"
The older hero moved swiftly, wrapping his former student in his scarf and threatening him with red eyes. The tiny pops from Bakugou's hand ceased immediately.
"If you go in there with your emotions running ramped, he's going to get caught again. You're staying out here."
"You're f*cking underestimating me," Bakugou growled. His own anger at himself was starting to boil over. "I have to redeem myself."
"And you will, by doing your part. I won't hesitate to take you off the mission," Aizawa added, finally blinking and releasing the blonde.
Bakugou huffed ans crossed his arms, cursing under his breath. He heard Fat Gum clarify a few things, like what to expect on the inside, but he didn't listen.
He knew one thing for sure, and that was that he would kill anyone who had hurt Kirishima.
"Shinsou should be your first defense. The police will be waiting outside, he can send them out if they aren't useful." Eraser turned to his sidekick. "Try to get one of them to lead you to Red Riot. We can avoid as much conflict and noise as possible."
"Testutestu, you need to be the one holding Kirishima if he's unconscious. You should use your steel to protect him," Fat Gum added. "Sero can be used to hold all those that Shinsou can't get a hold of, and you should save Kaminari for your final and biggest defensive or offensive move."
The heroes nodded and got into position. Mina and Fat Gum lead Testutestu, Sero, Kaminari, and Shinsou down the road. Police had started to arrive and sat quietly on the corners of the street, trying to avoid disturbing the peace.
Bakugou scowled as he joined Eraser in a closer alleyway. He would never admit it, but he was growing anxious. He feared his friend would never return, or that he would be found dead. The blonde blamed himself, throwing every insult that he could in his head.
"It's not your fault," the gravely voice of Aizawa cut into his thoughts. "We won't know until his gets out, but I bet Kirishima was fighting to protect somebody. He's selfless like that. Plus, he would never blame you."
"Whatever." Bakugou gently stroked the letters on his dog tag. It was now the waiting game.
Inside, Mina and Fat Gum cleared their main hallway before leaving the other heroes. The house seemed to have one floor. Dust covered everything, and there was no light to see. Kaminari allowed his electricity to flow along his skin, which allowed for more light and a better chance at seeing something.
"Found something," Sero called.
He crouched low to the ground and pulled up on a handle with all of his might. The door creaked open and showed pure white stairs, going down for as far as he could see.
"I got a bad feeling," Kaminari whispered.
"We gotta save him, man!" Testutestu exclaimed. "Let Shinsou take the lead, and I'll go after him."
Sero propped the door open and let all the other heroes walk down in front of him. Nerves took over the four heroes as the descended the stairs, eventually ending up in a large, sparkling white, hallway.
There were doors on both sides, and all were spotless. Shinsou huffed out in confusion, trying to figure out the layout of the building in his head. He quietly lead the group to the end of the hallway.
There were two ways, one leading to large doors and the other leading to two small doors, which most likely linked up to rooms.
Taking his chance, Shinsou lead the group down towards the large doors. He swiftly and quietly opened one, allowing the heroes to slip inside unnoticed. He was thankful they hadn't taken Bakugou, since stealth was not his strong suit.
Shinsou looked around. The room held a giant cage that almost looked like a boxing ring. Blood was dried up on the floor in one of the corners. He could hear people talking and motioned the others to follow him.
A young man was talking on the phone to an unknown person. He nodded and confirmed something before hanging up. The man was about to go back to business when he suddenly stiffened, now uneasy.
"Hey, I think I'm lost. Where's the bathroom?" Shinsou stepped out of the shadows.
"Who the hell are you!" The man exclaimed. He reached for a blade at his side before stopping suddenly, his eyes blank.
"Lead us to Red Riot," Shinsou instructed. "Don't let him bump into anything," the purple haired man informed his companions.
The man walked down the hallway, turning into a hidden spot the heroes hadn't seen before. He lead them to a door and stopped. Sero looked closely at the door, noticing that there was a keypad.
"Go upstairs, take anyone you find with you," Shinsou instructed as the man started to leave.
"Kaminari, you need to short circuit that. Not too much, we don't want to blow the electricity in this entire building," Testutestu said.
Kaminari nodded. He was filled with anxiety about his friend. What if he didn't want to see what waited for him beyond these doors? He took a deep breath and placed his hands on the keypad, sending enligh voltage for the door to unlock.
Testu quickly steeled himself and manually braved the door open. Shinsou and Sero headed in first, ready to capture any threats that lay beyond the door. Instead, they were surprised by what they saw.
A bloody, bruised, and multi color haired Kirishima swayed on his feet, his right hand barely in a fist while his left hand held a woman in a lab coat. He didn't seem to notice his friends as he fell forward, collapsing onto the floor.
Sero rushed forward and quickly taped the woman up. Shinsou checked to make sure she was asleep before telling Kaminari to send out that signal. Authorities could come for her later.
Testutestu steeled and gently picked his friend up, protecting the redhead with his own body. "Let's hurry up," he urged.
Shinsou took the lead again, followed by Kaminari. Sero took the rear, trying to cover Testutestu's blind spot. Everything was eerily quiet.
The silver haired man was about to speak when something poked him in his shoulder. He winced and watched in horror as his body reverted back to its peach color.
"Watch out!" He called, covering Kirishima's body with his own despite his lack of quirk.
The heroes quickly surveyed around them, but nobody could tell where the bullet came from. A woman jumped out from a hidden spot and launched herself at Sero, using knives to attack.
More and more villains appeared, and Kaminari urged Testu to try and escape. Shinsou was struggling to mind control people, as most of them wouldn't talk, but he managed to keep some at bay using his strength and fighting ability. Those he managed to control left, and Testutestu hid in their midst.
Sero taped up villains as fast as he could. He heaved with effort, swinging the woman into another that was starting to run at him. Kaminari fought side by side with him, sending out precise blasts of electricity at his opponents.
"We need to leave. Sero! Take cover, let Kaminari handle it!" Shinsou announced. He quickly shielded himself behind a few villains.
Sero did the same as Kaminari smirked, letting the electricity course through his veins. He unleashed as much as he could, effectively knocking all of their opponents unconscious.
Sero rushed forwards and grabbed his friend, helping the blonde stand up. Sero then looked back at Shinsou and nodded. It was time to leave.
The three staggered down the hallway to where the stairs were when the saw Kirishima laying on the floor. Testutestu was not far off, and he appeared to be rumbling with a woman.
"What is this?!" She exclaimed, pure rage on her face. "You disrespectful brats!"
She attacked Testutestu, noticing the bullet in his arm. She smirked with satisfaction as she yanked him forward and slammed his head into the wall.
The silver haired hero wasn't done yet, and he spun around and punched the woman, causing her to lurch forward and stumble. He then pinned her down, trying to arrest her.
She kneed him in the groin before standing up and running away. She threw knives at the three heroes who were now arriving, catching them off guard as she sprinted through hidden exits to her escape.
"Are you okay?" Sero asked, adjusting Kaminari's arm that rested on his shoulder.
"She caught be by surprise, is all," Testu explained and picked up his friend carefully.
Shinsou was about to speak when he saw the thick, black smoke slowly creeping down the hallway after them.
"Let's not wait to see what that is." Sero and the rest of the group quickened their pace.
It was hard to carry people up the stairs, but both Sero and Testu made due with what they could. The reached the main entrance and helped themselves back into the house.
Police were surrounding the villains Shinsou had managed to send their way. Each officer would tap or bump into the person to free them from Shinsou's hold before they handcuffed them and brought them to vehicles.
Fat Gum and Mina waited anxiously at the entrance to the house. Both heroes smiled in relief when they saw Kirishima.
"What happened?" Mina approached Testu and gently touched Kirishima's face.
"Don't know. Looked like he was fighting though," Testutestu smiled.
"That's our boy," Fat Gum smiled back. "I'll go find him an ambulance."
"We need to do something with this one," Sero nodded to Kaminari, who was struggling to stand.
"He can come home with one of us. It shouldn't take him too long to be back," Mina said.
They heard screaming in the distance, which could only belong to Bakugou. They didn't hear what their friend was saying, but they understood and felt the raw emotion in his voice.
Of course Eraser made the right call, but Bakugou's friends couldn't help but feel pity for him. The blonde had blamed himself and hated himself for the four long weeks that Kirishima was gone. He must've felt useless today.
Fat Gum took Kirishima out of Testutestu's hands and brought him over to the ambulance, just as Bakugou was sprinting towards them.
"Kirishima!" He called out.
Fat Gum gently placed his mentee on a gernie and turned to face the hero approaching him. "He's gonna go to the hospital."
"What the hell happened to him? Let me see him!" Bakugou demanded, trying to push forward as Kirishima was loaded in the ambulance.
Fat Gum held a cursing and crying Bakugou back as they both watched the vehicle drive off, sirens blaring.
