It depends. If they're in high school, probably 1-2 years.

18/19: ship whatever age gap you want if they're consenting adults, but for me, it's probably 5 years (although I make an exception for special ones like Rapunzel and Eugene😭😂)

20+: 10 at most or else it feels weird to me (unless they're like 50+ or something🤣) (but again, people can ship whatever age gap they want if they're adults!)
