KAMARION MONTGOMERY
JULY 13th, SATURDAY EVENING

KAMARION SWALLOWED THE rest of his shot that he wasn't supposed to technically be drinking at the moment, but he didn't really care if you thought about it. It was his day so what.

He watched Jourie in the middle of the reception in her black sparkly dress that she had changed into for the reception of their wedding.

She looked so pretty he couldn't get over it. He would probably never get over how beautiful the girl was, but right now she was in her element.

Her mother had dyed her hair back to her black color, and Jourie  let her natural healthy hair grow back to it's original length with pretty wild curls that framed her face. At the moment she had the hair slicked back into a rubber band style, which she deemed childish for a wedding but it was so beautiful.

As always she had on a slight bit of makeup, but the thing that stood out most about it was the lip combo that emphasized her lips above anything else on her face.

He couldn't get the image of her walking down the isle out of his head as he remembered every single detail about the wedding. It was so beautiful, and so was she. When they first got married it was very private and intimate, but he was happy that they had decided to do a real wedding for their family to witness.

"Bam you hear me talking?" Zayden pulled him out of his thoughts, and he looked up and over at Jouries father. "I said Kamourie slapped your auntie." He said and Bam immediately swiveled his head looking for her.

Like Samir had predicted, Kamourie was the problem child of the twins. "Where she at?" He questioned unable to see her. Amara was on the dance floor trying to dance with her mother whom she adored so much.

"Yo momma took her to get some ice cream over there, you know she rewarded Kamourie for slapping Sarai." He shook his head and Bam laughed, looking at Sarai who had a permanent mug across her face.

She was just so angry she couldn't get over it. All her family was so happy, celebrating the child that basically started the downfall of her life, and she couldn't do anything but sit and watch.

Even with her boyfriend right next to her, she was still dwelling on the past from over twenty years ago. "You know what happened?" He continued his short line of questions.

"Nope, her bad ass just smacked her." He shrugged pouring him a drink too. "Y'all sure y'all wanna take the twins with y'all. A honey moon is supposed to be for newlyweds." Zayden looked at Bam in confusion.

Bam shrugged, "Technically we not real newlyweds, we been married for almost two years," He countered. They would be two years in four months. They waited until the twins turned one to make moves like this for a purpose.

Bam was obsessed with his daughters and he didn't want to travel away from them for two full weeks, fourteen whole days. He would be sick and wouldn't even enjoy the trip, and same with Jourie, so they were bringing them along.

"Baby," The soft voice pulled Bam away from zayden and towards her who was now standing over him. "I need you to help me with something, come here while they watching the twins." She urged him, allowing him to be alert.

He stood to his full height, towering over her tall stature. She grabbed his hand and pulled him along while he was a willing participant that followed right after her.

She pulled him into the wheel chair accessible bathroom in the building, and locked the door while he already peeped what she was on. Jourie was nine weeks pregnant, and he was honestly shocked it didn't happen sooner.

The two of them had nothing but time on their hands. They had used the last year to travel while their parents—or mothers planned the beautiful wedding they had today. Jourie even got her ring updated again, and once again it was beautiful.

She wore all three faithfully without a care in the world.

Being that they traveled so much, they also had sex a lot, and although Jourie was on birth control she didn't hold her breath for it to work against his sperm. A few months ago she had come off birth control, and they had purposely tried for a baby.

They wanted one more baby and they didn't want the twins to be far in age when it came to he or she. The twins had turned one only a few days prior, so they were in the clear.

Since Jourie couldn't drink, she resorted to sex, and Bam gave her whatever she wanted, even at the reception of their wedding. "You dead ass girl, I thought you needed some for real." He shook his head, slowly backing her up into the sink in front of the small mirror.

"I do, and I promise I can be quick." She smiled softly, and he obliged easily giving the girl what she wanted. He placed a soft kiss on her lips before she giddily turned her body around so that she was facing the mirror.

She planted her hands on the sink planning to be fast just like she promised, she just liked the thrill of having sex at a time like this. It was like they were still in their honeymoon phase almost two years later.

A lot of it had to do with the fact that Jourie did so much for him to make up for the mistakes created in their first attempt in a relationship, and vice versa. That plus their parents being supportive of every single thing they did.

He ran his tongue over his bottom lip and lifted the sparkly dress up and over her bottom while she took the initiative to move her thong to the side for easy access. He started undoing his jeans because he had changed out of his tux just like she changed out of her wedding dress.

He moved them down slightly, while she rubbed her clit ready for him to enter her wet center. He let saliva drip from his mouth directly on his already erect dick before he jerked it slightly.

Starting at her clit, he rubbed it and began sliding it back pulling a few small whimpers from the girl. Her back arched more the closer he got to her entrance, and by the time he was lined up with it she was moving back trying to get him to enter faster.

(And yes you did get robbed!)

"Aight we want everybody attention!" Sahid spoke in his champagne colored tuxedo since he opted on not changing. He had been feeling like new money since he got new money.

Along with his trustfund he used his building to open up clothing store, right next to his cousins shoe store. He had his own brand along with a few other expensive brands , and it was a big sensation for local teens and young adults to shop in.

Bam would never forget when his cousin turned twenty-one a month after him.

Just like when Samir and Kamaria called Jourie and Bam to their office, they had done the same with Sahid. He was nervous as he walked up the stairs, down the east hallway towards the side of the house where his aunt Kamarias office resided.

He had never been one to be jealous over his cousins and he was very happy for them. Samaria had recently got her money, and she opened a business for her interior designing which she now had an associates degree in.

Sahid had still been working at Bams shoe store, proudly watching the clientele for his cousin grow more and more. He couldn't be more proud of them.

He knocked on the door twice before twisting the knob and peaking his head inside. "Y'all wanted to see me?" He questioned, his heart pounding. He couldn't lie and say he had never been in trouble by them before so he was scared.

Imagine that, a fresh twenty-one year old scared of being in trouble by two adults that weren't even his parents. He relaxed though once he saw Bam sitting in one of the chairs.

He made his parents promise he could be apart of the process to see the look on his cousins face. He deserved that privilege since he had to keep the big secret from he who was also his bestfriend.

"Oh hey Sahid, you can come in." Kamaria waved him in looking up from the paper she was signing her signature on in blue pen. He slid inside, and closed the door taking strides towards the seat next to his cousin.

He looked to Bam for answers but his eyes were glued to the phone where he was texting Jourie to check up on her and the twins who were only around two months now.

"How did you like your birthday yesterday ?" She questioned, pulling his attention. They had spent most of the day with him but they wanted to know how his day was overall.

He shrugged, "My dad called me." The words shocked all of them, even Bam as he looked up at the new news.

"Since when y'all started talking?" Samir asked and Sahid looked up at him. In reality, Samir and Kyaire were his father figures. They were his uncles that had been there and taught him everything he needed to know about growing up. No matter if it were hygiene or life lessons.

"We don't. He said he got my number from my momma. Apparently they still been communicating all these years." He cringed at the fact. His mother had been lying all his life so he wasn't surprised. "It just hurt cause they don't communicate bout me. It's always bout money, or his wife — who he by the way got kids with so I have siblings I don't even know." His heart hurt thinking about it.

Bam was his brother, no matter what, but he always wondered what it would be like to have real blood siblings. Now he knew he did, and he wasn't sure he would have a relationship with them.

"Wow...I'm so sorry Sahid. So are you planning to keep in contact." Kamarias heart yearned for him. She wished she could just take all the pain he had revived over the years and transfer it to herself.

He shrugged. "Still debating on it." He lied. He blocked his father as soon as he finished explaining his side. It wasn't good enough for him, and he had been doing good without him so he knew he could continue. "Wassup though? Ion really wanna talk about him." He expressed.

All of them nodded understandingly. "Well, your twenty-one now." Sahid nodded at kamarias statement because that was true, and he was legal now.

"When you was thirteen, we opened a trust fund account for you—after seeing the place that you and Sarai was in and shit." Samirs words shocked Sahid into silence.

"Even though I wouldn't classify your momma as my sister, you my nephew, and my family. I wanna see you excel in life just like I do my kids, and other nieces." Regardless of her past kamaria was big on family. If she was up, so were they.

"So like Bam and Samaria, you got one , and a building. Ion really know what you wanna do with it so we decided to leave it up to you." Samir informed him as kamaria slid the stuff over the desk.

Sahid took it, his eyes scanning the dates going years back of when they inserted money in the account and how much, leading to the grand total which made his eyes grow large at the result.

He never did know the exact amount of money Jourie, Samaria, and Bam got but if it was anything around the amount of his, they were set for life. "You lying." He couldn't believe it.

He felt weak as tears burned his eyes. Bam smirked proud to see emotions evoked from his younger cousin. Sahid had always focused on fixing everyone, but if you peeled his layers back, he was just like them. Problems piled up.

Kamaria smiled brightly feeling accomplished by her actions. "Of course not, I love you and ever since you got a mind of your own," she paused at the jab causing Sahid to smack his teeth, "I've seen you like my fourth child."

She would never forget when Sahid and Bam had heavy beef during middle school.

"Ion even know what to say for real...I owe y'all my life." He swore his face lighting up in excitement.

Sahid had been making his money like crazy. He never spent too much at once, and he was more focused on getting more than spending what he already had in fear of being broke.

"Me, and Samaria got some words for our married couple as their bestfriends." He spoke into the mic, and Bam had flashbacks to their gender reveal when he exposed some of the toxic stuff he and Jourie had been through on their journey.

He dropped his head in fear. He knew his cousin or sister would give him no mercy.

"No I don't think y'all should. We got kids here!" Jourie tried to excuse the speech. They all smiled and shook their heads.

"The only kids here is the twins and they ain't gonna remember by tomorrow." Yaya waved Jourie off. Everybody laughed except the two of them.

"Aight, So I'm not gon lie when Bam first came to me about his interest in Jourie I looked at him like he was crazy as hell." Sahid admitted, as chuckles spread around the room. "He was all like ion know man something about her just different man, typical." He mocked his voice.

"I'm telling you, every time he was around this girl he was mesmerized by her. He did everything to get her attention, I had never seen him chase somebody." He reminisced. "I remember Jourie wanted ice cream so bad and Bam was the first one to hop up and make me go with him to get her some cause they ain't have a car."

The memory caused Bam to laugh at the thought.

"Yesss oh my gosh I remember. He was trying so hard and she didn't think nothing of it." Samaria cackled while Jourie shook her head in embarrassment. She could be oblivious at times. "It was so cute though." She added.

"Then when they got together, they was just the cutest lil couple." Samaria poked her bottom lip out causing Jourie to blush. "Until they got toxic." The words caused Bam to roll his eyes.

"One time at our pool party, Jourie saw Bam talking to a girl and she ain't wanna blow her cover so she went and threw brick through his windshield to pull him away from the conversation." Samaria laughed, and Jourie gasped.

"I remember dat, at the time I didn't even know it was her who did it because she deadass stood there acting like she was mad about somebody messing up his car. Whole time it was her." Sahid added, and Bam smirked.

"Jourie you could be a actor with that performance." Yaya cackled from her seat remembering like it was yesterday.

"And then she turned around and fixed it herself. Lil handy woman." Maria shook her head putting on a show for the audience.

"Everything y'all just said was a lie. I never threw a brick!" She exclaimed. Bam could only laugh with his daughters resting on his legs.

"I should've did that to your daddy!" Kourtney added, a little on the tipsy side.

Sahid shook his head. "Or, I remember when ever Jourie posted a picture with Bam in it, she would crop him out of it so nobody could see it was him and he would report it until it got deleted." The words from Sahid caused Jourie to gasp.

"I knew it! You lied!" A giggle slipped during her outburst. She knew he was reporting her.

"We not even gon talk about when they both learned how to log in eachother iCloud without telling the other. Both trynna be sneaky doing the same things." Samarias words caused both Bam and Jourie to let out the laughs they were holding in.

"But at the end of the day, my bro worshiped—and still do , the ground that sis walk on." Sahid nodded, bringing the mood to mellow. "I been watching them together for years, and ion think it's nothing the other wouldn't do for eachother. That's some real love."

"Even though they took a break from eachother in the mix, they always sat at the back of each others mind. Deep down me and Sahid knew they were soulmates. They just needed that time to grow apart, but that time they took just showed both of them how much they really did need eachother. They matured, and grew to show their affection for eachother without caring what other people thought." Samaria preached.

"Both of them made mistakes along the way, but the fact that they was able to admit their wrong doings, understand nobody is perfect, and start over shows the real love and dedication they put in they relationship. Ion doubt for a second they won't last for a lifetime together. We wish good luck to yall , yall marriage, and the baby y'all got on the way. Congratulations again—" Sahid pointed. "And we love yall so so so much." He finished off causing everybody to clap.

The twins cheesed clapping like they knew what was going on.

Saint smiled softly. Truthfully, their love story was beautiful, but it had ran his daughter into the ground. She had been to jail a handful of times since the first incident a year ago, and he tried so much to be there for her and Jourie at once.

He just hoped she got her happy ending one day.

"That was so beautiful." Like always Kamaria was an emotional wreck and found herself crying.

"I knowww," Jourie agreed, but Bam knew it was nothing but her hormones that had her feeling the way that she was.

"Why ma-ma cryin'?"Amaras voice was laced with curiosity as she looked up at her father to see if he had answers. She was trying to wiggle out of his hold to get to Jourie, so he let her do that.

Kamourie frowned feeling the energy radiating off of her mother. "Who hurt ma-ma." She wanted answers from Bam who was pulling Jourie into him.

Samaria walked down the steps in her heels, and towards Keshaun, who at this point would be her boyfriend of two years next month. She couldn't wait for her to be next in marriage.

"Nothing baby, she crying cause she happy." He assured, feeling at peace with his family. He was so happy that he got the family he always yearned for. With a role model like his father, he knew he would always be able to protect and provide for them which was all he ever wanted.

Kamourie nodded happy with his answer and he laughed. Kamourie was very head strong, and unlike Amara who went to console their mother, Kamourie was more so focused on fixing the root of the problem.

The two were almost opposites. Kamourie though was the one they worried about the most, things had to be her way. You couldn't get her to wear a dress if your life depended on it. She didn't like beads in her hair like Amara, she just preferred braids with rubber bands at the ends. She hated sandals, but she would wear sneakers all day.

Then there was Amara who liked everything Kamourie didn't. Amara loved dresses, and pink and clear beads in her head full hair that was inherited from Jourie. She preferred sandals and she loved the color baby pink. If it was pink she wanted it. She hated running around and playing too much opposed of Kamourie who wanted to play in dirt all the time.

Bam could already see Kamourie would be a tomboy, and he wasn't mad at it. Although they were twins , the only thing they had in common was their love for eachother and their family, similarities stopped there.

"I love you so much baby," Jourie kissed Bams lips, as everyone cooed at their intimate moment. "I can't wait for our honeymoon," She was so excited.

"Me too. You think they gonna wanna swim with the dolphins?" He referred to the twins who were looking around curiously at the commotion occurring around them.

She giggled before straightening her face. "My babies will be no where near dolphins, I watch animal planet and those things are rapists!" She whispered shouted, and he choked.

"What?" He laughed but she only mugged him.

Shaking his head at her shenanigans, he leaned over to kiss her once more. "I love you girl."

This book will not have a feedback chapter and y'all should know why💀 on another note, it's so sad to see them go. They took us on an emotional roller coaster.

This book included so much redemption more than anything else. So many characters redeemed themselves from the beginning. Bam, Jourie, and even Shanell. I hope y'all understood.

Thoughts?

MYA OUT🫡💔
