Another villain in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, Stacey the demon prince of Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo and the son of Mobile Commander Barashitara.

His sentai form is Stacaesar, his ability to summon past Sentai Rangers and past Sentai giant robos makes him similar to Basco ta Jolokia from Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, as well as Daiki Kaito from Kamen Rider Decade.

His equipments are Geartozinger, a redeco of Geartlinger and based on Great King Boccowaus' mechanical pet toucan, Gege. Which can allow Stacey to transform into Stacaesar and summon past Sentai Ranger and past Sentai giant robos by using Dark Sentai Gears (A/N: These gears look just like the Sentai Gears except that they are purple and the ranger image are white).

The Geartozinger was developed by Mechanic Officer Ijirude to prevent the Zenkaigers from liberating the worlds within the Tojiru Gears.
