Oliver Queen had lived within Wall Sina since he could remember. Although, when he was a baby and had developed a fatal disease, he was sent into an outer wall to get the treatments and help that he needed. While he wasn't at the hospital ninety percent of the time, he would hangout at school or at home with his friends Hannah Lewis, Katniss Everdeen, and the girl that he had a crush on since day one, Adeline Ackerman.

Him and who he called Della had met when they were just five years old. Right before Della had gone with her brothers and sisters to the Survey Corps HQ, her and Oliver were pretty much inseparable and would be with each other a majority of the time. So much so his older brother Thomas would joke that he and Della had a crush on each other. This little boy was heartbroken when his friend had to be taken away, although he was happy that she got to spend time with her parents after being away from them for so long.
