Chapter Seven
It's been almost two weeks now since Marinette has been with Nathaniel and she hated him with every fiber of her being.
He'd make awful comments about Adrien and it'd anger her so much that she wanted to choke him.
Two days ago she ended up trying to choke him and was held down by several guards. They took her back down to the room where she had stayed the first time she came and chained her to a wall. No bed.
They came three times a day and gave her a single glass of water then left.
She was so hungry.
Her arms hurt from being held up for so long and she felt so dirty and tired.
Her stomach let out a loud growl and she groaned.
The door of the room creaked open and a familiar nursemaid slipped in with her hands behind her back.
"I was ordered to come give you your water," Juleka said as she stooped down in front of the princess.
Marinette nodded and Juleka put glass to her lips. Marinette drank the water eagerly and Juleka looked at her with pity in her eyes.
When the water was all gone, Juleka removed it from Marinette's lips.
"Here's a piece of bread, eat it quickly," Juleka said putting the bread to Marinette's lips.
Marinette was ecstatic to see at least something close to food, so she quickly gulped it down.
After finishing the bread, Juleka stood and Marinette let out a small burp.
"Thank you," Marinette said to the nursemaid who smiled and nodded before rushing out of the room.
In another room Nathaniel paced back and forth, his finger tangled in his red hair out of frustration.
He felt horrible.
He locked the love of his life up in a room, chained her to a wall and gave her absolutely no food.
He wanted to march down there now to unlock her and hold her into his arms while she cried on his chest telling him how sorry she is.
'No,' He shook his head as a way of trying to get rid of those thoughts.
She deserved this. She tried to choke him. And he didn't even do anything wrong. He remembered exactly what he said before Marinette got angry and tried to kill him.
"Adrien was forcing himself on you! That explains the hickeys that I saw on your neck when we danced at the Ball. I don't know how he forced you to marry him. Maybe he threatened your family's life. He looks like such a damn rapist. Good thing I took you from him."
Nathaniel thought it over before shaking his head. Of course he didn't do anything wrong, everything he said was true!
Nathaniel's phone rang, breaking him away from his thoughts.
He pulled it out of his pocket and answered it.
"Hello,"
"Nathaniel," A familiar voice whined and let out a grown.
"What do you want?"
"Can I go through with the plan now? I'm sick and tired of waiting!"
"Can't you wait a little while longer?"
"I don't want to! You're there having fun with the Princess Bïtch and I'm here by myself! I want to have fun with the Prince, but I can't do that until you give the go ahead,"
Nathaniel let out a sigh of frustration, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Fine! Fine! Do what you gotta do. Just be careful, very careful. I don't want them taking Marinette away from me,"
"YAY! YOU'RE THE BEST, NATH. Remind me to give you a hug when you get back to France,"
"Yeah, yeah. Goodbye. If I talk to you any longer, I'll lose a couple of brain cells,"
A gasp came from the other line.
"RUDE-"
Nathaniel hung up before she could finish her sentence.
'God, that girl is annoying,' He thought running his hand down his face.
He walked out of the room and down a flight of stairs. In front of the door stood two guards. They stepped aside so Nathaniel could enter the room.
Shutting the door behind him, Nathaniel walked over to the slump figure on the cold, concrete floor.
He stooped in front of her and lifted her head with his hands.
Marinette's eyes shot open when she felt cold hands come in contact with her skin.
She yanked her face out of Nathaniel's grasp and glared at him.
"Don't touch me," She spat, her words laced with venom.
"Marinette, don't be like this," Nathaniel pleaded.
"Leave me alone,"
Nathaniel felt his heart crack a little when those words left her lips.
"No, I can't do that and I won't, love," He lifted his hand to caress her cheek.
"Don't you dare touch me, Nathaniel. It's either you leave or take me back home," Marinette glared at him.
Nathaniel's eyes suddenly got darker and his posture changed.
"That place is no longer your home. Your home is with me, not with them," Nathaniel stated, his voice dark.
"I'd never consider here as a home. You are a evil man and I will never love you, so just let me go!"
SMACK!
Marinette's head with flung to the side when the back of Nathaniel's hand came in contact with her cheek.
"Don't ever speak to me like that again. You will love me, Marinette. I came down here to let you go and to bring you upstairs so you could get some food. And so you can apologize for choking me. But what do I get instead? Disrespect. You're never leaving, Marinette and no one will save you because no one knows where you are. You're mine forever whether you like it or not," He said before walking out of the room.
Marinette hung her head as warm tears fell from her blue eyes.

Adrien slipped on his boxers as well as a grey sweatpants and sat down on his bed with a towel slung over his broad shoulders.
It's been almost two weeks since Marinette's gone missing and they weren't close to finding her.
It pained Adrien so much. He didn't know where she was. He didn't know if she was okay. Has she eaten? Has she been sleeping right? He doesn't know! And that angered him. He hates not knowing things.
His door suddenly bursts open, breaking him away from his thoughts.
"Adrien, Dad wants to see you," Adrienne said, sounding out of breath.
Adrien stood and shrugged on a shirt.
"Where is he?" He asked.
"In his study," She answered.
Adrien nodded and walked to his father's study.
Walking into the room Adrien saw his father sitting behind his desk.
"You wanted to see me?" Adrien said, making his presence known.
"Ah, yes. I need you to take a look at this," Gabriel turned his laptop to the confused Prince.
Adrien looked at the laptop and saw a familiar website...
