Chapter One

My head hurts.

Marinette thought as she woke up.

She tried to move her hands only to realize that they were bounded behind her back. A cloth was covering her mouth and her legs were tied up.

'What the hell?' She thought, still very confused about the situation she was in.

She looked down on herself and realized that she was still in her wedding dress. The poor thing was now in tatters.

She tried to scream and pull her hands out of the ropes, but it was hopeless, it wasn't working.

She felt a bump and she darted forward.

I'm in a moving vehicle.

No, this couldn't be. She was just at her wedding. How did she get here? What happened? Why couldn't she remember?

She shook her head and immediately, everything came rushing back.

Adrien. Kissing. Dancing. Lights. Guns. Darkness.

It finally hit her. She was kidnapped. But what could they possibly want with her?

She felt tears well up in her eyes as she glanced around the vehicle.

Three big, buff men surrounded her. They were decked out in full black and their faces were covered. They were all staring at her.

"Is she awake?"

A voice came from the front.

"Yes, boss," One of the men answered.

"Well, why are you still sitting there? You know what to do!" The person sounded angry and oddly familiar.

She felt one of them shuffle closer to her and she tried to squirm away. He grabbed her arms and injected something into her.

She felt dizzy and even weaker than before.

Black dots clouded her vision and she was soon enveloped by darkness.

"Are you men stupid? What if she saw my face?" The person sitting in the front hissed at the men.

"We're sorry, sir," The men said in unison as they hung their head in shame.

"That damn Prince. He killed one of my men. Why couldn't he let me take the love of my life in peace? I hope he dies," The person in the front seat said as he shook his head.

"Now, I finally got her and no one will take her away from me," He grinned.

Marinette stretched and opened her eyes, her hands were still bounded.

She squinted her blue eyes and glanced around the place.

"Oh Crap," She thought. She couldn't speak. The cloth was still tied around her mouth.

Marinette was in a jet. A private jet, it looked like to her.

She was in a seat and staring out the window in awe.

Who brought me here?

Where are the men from before?

Why am I here?

Where's Adrien?

Marinette's eyes welled up with tears as she thought of the blond headed, green eyed Prince.

He got shot. And right after she passed out.

"Please be alive, Adrien," She prayed in her mind.

"You're finally awake, Princess," Someone said on her left. His voice was muffled by the heavy mask he wore, but she could tell it was a man.

He was dressed in designers.

"He looks rich. He couldn't possibly want me so he could get my parents to pay ransom. He looked like he had enough money," Marinette thought as she pressed herself to the wall of the plane.

She let out a muffled scream as the man gripped her hair and brought it to the nose holes in the mask.

He took a long sniff and let out a sigh of content. It literally creeped Marinette out.

"LET GO OF MY HAIR!" She wanted to scream, but was only able to say it in her thoughts because her mouth was covered.

"Smells heavenly," He commented before cupping her cheeks. Marinette tried to snatch her face from his hands, but his grip was too tight.

"Don't fight me, love. I won't hurt you. Finally we're able to be together. I'm so happy,"

A flight attendant stopped by the seat, making the man remove his cold, uncomfortable hands from Marinette's face.

"Thank God," Marinette said in her mind as she let out a sigh of relief.

"What is it?!" The man barked at the scared flight attendant.

"P- Sir, your mother is on the phone and she'd like to speak with you," She quickly caught herself before she said somehing else.

"What was she going to say?" Marinette thought, squinting her eyes.

"I'll be right there,"

The lady nodded and quickly scurried off.

The man turned back to Marinette and let out a sigh as he pulled a familiar needle out of his jacket.

"I'm sorry, my love, but I have to put you to sleep again," The man said apologetically and injected Marinette.

"Not again," She thought before passing out for the millionth time.
