A month later, 

"You're still going to play stubborn?" Aaron glared at his grandfather. "I've already agreed to everything you said so why are you still being so stubborn?" 

His grandfather turned his face away, "oh no no, you don't get away with it this time," He scolded his grandfather. "We're going back and that's final," He announced. 

Just then there was a knock on the door, Grandfather smiled widely as he asked his savior to enter, Ai entered the room and closed the door behind her. Her eyes then fell on the man standing tall near the foot end of the bed. "Oh!" she exclaimed, "Hi," she smiled at him. 

"Hello, Ai," Aaron smiled back at her, "Now you tell him," He gestured. 

"Tell what?" She tilted her head in confusion. 

"We've got a problem in the company back home and I need to go attend that asap," he explained it to her. 

"Oh, you're going back..." Her face fell, "when are you leaving?" She asked. 

 "When he agrees to come with me but gramps refuses to cooperate, so can you ask him to go back with me? He listens to you more than me," He shrugged. 

"Gramps," She gave him a scolding look. 

"But I don't want to go back," Grandfather pouted sulkily. 

"Who will look after you once I'm gone?" Aaron scolded him. 

"There are doctors and nurses and I've got my secretary too, and talking about you looking after me, how many times you visited me last month?" He turned the question at him. 

"that's cause you're creating me one problem after another holding off the company's funds," He retorted.  

"Regardless, I'm not going anywhere, you can go by yourself," He turned his head away, "Oh wait, why don't you take Ai with you instead?" He looked at them with a wide grin on his face. 

"Eh?" They both blinked at his words. 

"Her?" Aaron raised his brows. 

"Me? no, no," She shook her head. 

"Why not? I saw how your face fell when he mentioned he'll be leaving soon," Grandfather wiggled his eyebrows teasingly.

Ai blushed furiously. 

"You guys should spend the time together and not away from each other and I know Aaron, once he goes back he'll be drowned in his work that he won't get time to take care of himself, if you're there he'll have a reason to sneak out from his work too and I'll also be free of worry that there's someone to take care of him." Grandfather smiled at her fondly. 

"But-" 

"I know what you're thinking, getting your mother's permission? Leave it to me," He then got off from his bed, Aaron narrowed his eyes at him, he then immediately sat back on the bed and pressed the button calling his secretary, his secretary entered the room and helped him sit on the wheelchair. "see, you don't need to worry about me," His grandfather smiled at him. 

Aaron eyed him suspiciously.

"You have my permission, in fact, it's okay to take a break from work and enjoy your holiday," Her mother smiled at her. 

"But mom, how can I leave you alone?" Ai shook her head, "I don't think it's a good idea." 

"It's okay dear, I'll be here too, we'll take care of her," Grandfather assured her. 

"But..." She tried to protest. 

"Why? You don't trust me?" Grandfather made a sad face, "I see, I'm sorry then," He wiped his crocodile tears. 

 "No, no," She shook her head immediately, Aaron rolled his eyes at his gramp's act. He heaved a sigh.

"You can't win," He clicked his tongue, he then looked at Ai, "Prepare to leave, I'll pick you up when everything's done," He then turned his heels and left the room. 

"See even he wants you to go with him, aww," Grandfather squealed. 

"But what about Alice? I can't level her alone," she shook her head. 

"Then take her with you, she's got summer holidays, she can enjoy her holiday too," Grandfather suggested. 

Before she could say anything, grandfather intervened, " and before sending them off, how about we make this relationship official?" he clapped his hands, "oh I know, let's get them engaged!"

"Aww, look at them, they look so cute together," Teresa squealed. 

"I know right," Rina smiled looking at her best friend standing next to her fiancee. 

"I can't believe Aaron's getting engaged!" Rihito was still in shock. "Like look at his face, he looks happy with it too," He gasped. 

"Excuse me? What does that mean?" Teresa narrowed her eyes at him, "What is he supposed to look like?" 

"No, no, nothing," Rihito shook his head, Teresa eyed him suspiciously, "Why are you acting so suspicious? Is there something you guys hiding from us?" She then turned to her husband and narrowed her eyes at him. 

"Nothing's wrong and we're not hiding anything," Ryouma shook his head. 

Teresa shifted her gaze back at Rihito, "Hey sis, don't you trust us?" Rihito raised his brows at her. 

"Well, given your reputation, no," she shook her head. 

 "Wow, you're too direct, I'm hurt," he placed his hand on his chest dramatically. 

"Neither I beat around the bush, nor I sugarcoat a thing," Teresa smiled at him, "and stop your act bro, I won't fall for it," She told him. 

"Che, you're no fun, maybe I should go and pull her leg," Rihito grinned as he placed his drink on the table he was about to leave when Rina pulled him back by his tie, "mess with my best friend, and I mess with you, dear husband," She narrowed her eyes at him. 

"Jealous, are we? Well then I want to mess with you," he grabbed her by her waist and pulled her closer. 

"What do you think you're doing?" She glared at him. 

He pecked on her lips and grinned, "messing with you," he winked at her. 

"too much of PDA," Ryouma cleared his throat behind them. 

"Oh please, I don't want to hear that from you," Rihito rolled his eyes. 

"Well," Ryouma pulled his wife closer and smiled, "a little PDA won't hurt, I guess," He added. 

"Attention everyone," Aaron grandfather clicked the spoon on his champagne glass, "Thank you, everyone, for making it up on short notice, today my grandson has made me the happiest man on earth!" 

The four of them went to their best friend's sides as the ring ceremony started, everyone cheered as the couple exchanged the ring. 

"Congratulations!" Teresa pulled Ai into a bone-crushing hug, "I can't wait to have a triple date now," She laughed. "Hmm-hmm," Rina joined in the group hug. 

"Anyway," Rina and Teresa whispered and pulled Ai into a corner, "What?" Ai raised her brows. 

"You're ready to invade the devils' territory?" Teresa asked her. 

"Huh?" She cocked her head to the side. 

"devils= his 10 siblings," Rina rephrased it for her.

"I won't call them devils," Ai shook her head. 

"Cause you're too innocent," Teresa clicked her tongue. 

"If devils are calling them devils then they are devils," Rina nodded. 

"What?" Ai tilted her head in confusion. 

"She means Ryouma and Rihito, if they're saying those kids are devils, then they are," Teresa nodded. "Anyway, be careful, and don't let your guard down and keep us updated, hmm?" Teresa curled up her fingers into a fist, "Fighting!" 

Rina nodded, "good luck!"

Ai smiled at them nervously.
