Neon's P.O.V

"... That's the last of the bandages. You should be alright Om Nom." I smirked, messing up his hair.

"Oi! I'm 18 too you know!" He huffed, pushing my hand away.

"Awww... Don't be dat way Om Nom.." I fake pouted. He looked at me and sighed.

"I-I'm sorry Neon. It's just that I-"

"Pfffft. Y-you thought that was a real pout?! PFFFT." I began laughing.

"Well then I'm taking that back. Your a bitch." I mock gasped.

"Why are you so mean?!" I fake cried. He came over quickly and tried to comfort me. I grabbed him in a headlock.

"HEY! NOT COOL NEON!" He yelled as I noogied him. When I finally stopped and let go, he fell to the ground petting his hair.

"Pfffft... You look like a girl messing about with her hair." I snicker. He glares at me before going back to fix his extremely messy hair. I heard a knock at the door.

"Thank the Cactus Lord your in your human form..." I muttered, before opening the door to reveal Raven.

"Hey Bass Note." She smiled.

"I told you to call me Neon!" I said slightly pissed, waving my arms around. She shrugged and walked into the lounge.

"So what is it this time Raven?" I ask, standing in the doorway. She sat next to a messy haired Om Nom.

"Nothing much. Can't stay home though. Getting the house de-buggyfied." She glanced at Om Nom and smirked at his still messy hair.

"What happened to Jack?"

"I noogied him."

"Oh, okay!" She chirped. It really got on my nerves about her chirpy-ness. I walked over to a cupboard and grabbed and inflatable bed, some pillows and two blankets.

"Here. Inflate the mattress and you can sleep on that." I said, placing the previously stated items on the ground in front of her. I started walking up the stairs.

"I'm taking a shower!" I yelled, entering the bathroom.

Eyeless Jack's P.O.V

Raven turned to me.

"Do you like Neon or something?" She'd surprised me with that.

"W-what? I-I don't know w-what y-your talking about... N-Neon is j-just a f-friend!" I stuttered, obviously flustered. She just smiled.

"She's odd looking for a girl, but I see the way you stare at her, you know." She said, looking at me like I was on fire.

"C-can you please change the subject?" I asked. She shook her head.

"I like studies on the human body." I blurted. I'm not one for awkwardness.

"I prefer studies that will get me somewhere in this world. Whether it's Maths or English, I want the very best for my future." She proudly stated, obviously seeing my comment being stupid. I stared at her for a moment, debating whether I should enter her mind or not.

'Meh, as if she'd notice.' I thought, relaxing on the chair.

"I think I'm gonna take a little nap..." I trailed off, faking a yawn. She nodded, and I closed my eyes. Obviously u could still see her, but I focused on her mind.

'Very elaborate. Gonna be harder than I thought.' I sighed. Breaking past her 'locks' I entered her mind. Through my closed eyes, I could see her grab her head, as if she had a headache.

'Oww.. Where did this sudden headache come from?' She thought, strutting her eyes tightly. I decided to make her think she was crazy. I began to distort my voice.

"Hello. Don't ask.... Been here since... Forever..." I tried, feeling her shock. She began to have a Panic Attack, so I quickly stopped. Pulling away from her mind, I heard her gasp.

"J-Jack?" She shook me a little. I pretended to wake up.

"Huh? What do you- Are you okay Raven??" I asked pulling her into a hug. Her hands were shaking, and she buried her head in my chest. I pushed her away from me.

"Whoa! What are you doing Rave?" I asked, not that shocked.

"I-I heard a v-voice..." She trailed off.

"Shhhh, I think you may have nodded off." I stated. She nodded.

'Yes! She bought it!'
