~One week later~

Luke's P.O.V

When I woke up this morning I started to think about what had happened yesterday with Mason. See seemed off..well he always is. But only around me. I decided today that I was going to find out why he was always shy and red around me. I got dressed and walked outside and seen Terrence. I walked down the steps and we started to walk to school.

"Hey Terrence can I ask you something" I asked.

He looked at me with one eyebrow raised in question.

"What?" He sure urging me to go on.

"Well I noticed that Mason is always shy around blushing around me and I wanted to know why" I said scratching the back of my hair.

Terrence just stared at me like I was stupid. After a while he looked away and sighed.

"I swear you're stupid as fuck" He said before pulling at his phone and answering one of Miliya's text.

When we arrived at school, instead of waiting for Miku and Mil to meet us I went to the bathroom. Once I walked in I seen a group of boys bullying some little kid with brown hair.

"Yo nerd why aren't you talking" one said.

"Maybe he needs a punishment" the other said.

"P-please leave m-me alone" said the familiar voice.

It took me a while to realize that the boy was Mason but when I did I felt my blood start to boil. I walked up to the man and tapped on his shoulder. Once he turned around I smirked and punched him in the face causing him to fall back with a nosebleed.

"You know bullying isn't something I would call cool" I said cracking my knuckles.

"L-Luke" I heard Mason say.

I turned and looked at him with a smile.

"Go to class I'll handle them" I said helping him up.

He blushed but nodded and went to class. I looked at the three boys standing infront of me. They growled and came after me and the fight started...

I walked out of the bathroom yawning. The boys were knocked out cold so I decided not to put anymore damage. The tardy bell rang and I rushed to class.

When I arrived the teacher looked at me with a stern look on her face.

"You're late Mr.Raken" she said.

"Heh sorry teach" I said my ears going down.

I walked inside and went to sit in my seat beside Mason. I looked at him and smiled nut his face turned red and he looked away.

'Is he sick or something?' I thought...

Mason's P.O.V

During class we were all doing our work..well almost all of us. Luke was fast asleep on his desk. In my opinion he looked pretty cute when his ear twitched every once in a while.

"Mason can you please come up here" The teacher said startling me.

"H-huh?! Oh y-yes" I stuttered getting up from my seat.

She led us outside and closed the door behind her.

"Mason you seem like a sweet boy" she started, "I got a complaint from the principal saying that Luke got into a fight with three boys"

I started to get afraid and worried about Luke.

"N-No it wasn't l-like that Luke w-was jus-"

"It's ok Mason we know" She cut me off. "I called you so you can make sure that Luke doesn't get into anymore trouble"

I sighed in relief and nodded my head my tail behind me wagging happily.

"Great you may go inside and get your stuff since the bell's going to ring soon"

I walked back inside and packed my bag. When the bell rang Luke shot his head up and looked at me with a shocked look.

" Oh it was just the bell" He said and grabbed his stuff walking out the door. "See ya later Mason"

I giggled before leaving to my next class.

Time skip..

Today was the first day of the werewolf meeting. I walked into the gym to see a bunch of werewolfs in groups talking to each other. (For the people who don't know Mason is half neko and half werewolf)

"MASON OVER HEAR" I heard a voice yell.

I turned around and seen Miliya standing with Terrence and Luke waving her hands in the air. I smiled and ran towards them.

"Why is the meeting today" I asked.

"Something about choosing and Alpha from what I heard" Terrence said with his hands in his pockets.

"And I have my votes on Terrence" Luke said putting an arm around him only to be punched in the stomach.

"TERRENCE" Miliya yelled.

I went over to Luke and helped him up. He smiled and ruffled my hair making me blush Miliya was going to say something but the teacher walked in making the room quiet.

"As you all may know we are picking the Alpha today" he said, "Will all of the boys interested please step forward"

One by one boys got off the bleachers and went to the front. Miliya was trying to convince Terrence to go up there but he kept refusing and sat still. I giggled and looked away. That is until..

"You look cute when you laugh like that Mason" Luke said with a smile on his face.

I felt my face heat up and covered it up with my hands. I felt Luke's eyes on me so I looked up to see his face close to mine.

"L-LUKE" I yelled my face getting hotter.

"Are you sure you're ok" He asked.

"F-Fine I'm j-just cold t-that's all" I said.

Luke leaned back and shrugged his shoulders before watching the teacher again. A fight was going on between all of the people who wanted to become Alpha. They said the last one standing wins but that doesn't mean they'll kill each other. Just knock them unconscious. Suddenly a chair came flying towards the bleachers making everyone move out of the way. Well everyone...except Terrence who was on his phone. When the chair hit him everything fell silent. Mil started to walk towards Terrence slowly.

"Terrence..you ok" She asked cautiously.

We heard him growl and the next thing you know the chair was swung straight into the person who threw it at him. His eyes changed as he charged at all the people who wanted to be Alpha. Once he was done I all the boys were unconscious leaving everyone with their jaws dropped.

"WAY TO GO TERRENCE" Miliya yelled jumping on him.

The crowd cheered and I felt someone put an arm around me. I looked up and seen Luke looking at me.

"Hey why did the teacher want to talk to you earlier" he asked.

"B-because they needed me t-to watch you and m-make sure you don't get into more fights" I said shyly.

I heard Luke laugh as I looked up surprised.

"Looks like we'll be hanging out a lot more huh Mason" Luke said chuckling.

I blushed before nodding my head smiling at him.

"YOUR NEW ALPHA IS TERRENCE KYOJI" The teacher yelled making the crowd cheer louder.
