If not at the party, then they can exchange numbers and text out a time to hang out every once in a while-

2. Fell accidentally teleports to Sci's lab injured, and the nerdy boi accepts and heals him.

3. Sci got dragged into going to another party and sees Fell there as well. Since he still has feelings for him, -and doesn't really know anyone else there- the two hang out together the entire time
