Looks : Left eye is a bright bottle green, right eye is an electric blue, eye colors are rather intense and it feels like she's looking into your very soul, long white blonde hair with black highlights that's usually tied back in a ponytail or up in a bun with the bangs framing her face, somewhat thin face with a hint of roundness to it, thin ash blonde eyebrows, pale colored skin that is subtly more tan than her classmates, hourglass shaped body, has faint hint of abs, multiple long pale colored scars run from her shoulder blades to her shoulders, has those same scars on her upper and lower arms, has crescent shaped pale colored scars in the palms of her hands, nails are usually painted black, wears compression sleeves on her legs to help out with the blood flow, has pale pink colored lichtenberg scars along her body from the times she's lost control of her electrical quirk

Clothes outside of school : (Spring + Summer) Ripped jeans, shorts, camouflage cargo pants, crop tops, tank tops, t-shirts, sleeveless knee or shin length cardigans (Autumn + Winter) Boots with faux fur rimming the top, long pants long sleeves, jackets with hoods, long winter coats with fur lined hoods, gloves, mittens, will wear scarves over her nose and mouth so that she at least has some feeling in her face during the cold days (Almost every articles of clothing is some variation of black, gray, blue, or green)

Personality : Ambivert, smart, stradegist, quick thinker, caring, kind, bit of a jokester, sarcastic, sassy girl, serious when the situation calls for it, can and will try to diffuse a heated situation if it threatens to impact the mission, knows when to fight or fly, but will sometimes ignore that if an outside factor is affecting the situation

Likes : Her friends, listening to the tea her friends will sometimes bring, climbing, parkour activities, reading, listening to music, singing (when she thinks no one is around), comforting others, playing the guitar, overall dorm life, exploring, trying and learning new things, her family (except her dad), going out on missions, cuddles (Both platonic and romantic), going out for early morning runs, going out to places, sushi (fastest way to win her over), fried rice and sushi bowls over fried noodles, giving out nicknames

Dislikes : Her dad, spiders, small tight spaces, seeing other people upset, Katsuki being a more than usual bitch, seeing her family struggle, villains, waiting for long periods of time, sitting still

Backstory (T.W. for Trigger Warning) : Was born in Hiroshima before her family moved to Musutafu. Her dad, Katashi Honata, definitely didn't get the best dad of the year award. He was an alcoholic, was on drugs, sexually and physically abusive, very toxic, and was always in and out of jail. When she was six, Hikari ran away from home during one of his drunk rages, and settled down at the playground to calm down. And that's where she ended up meeting Izuku and Katsuki. When she was in middle school, to this day she still has no idea who did it, but the news of her father's treatment was leaked, and when police went out to arrest him, he was found in the middle of a drug deal that had gone bad. After that, he spent his time permanently rotting away in a jail cell.

Quirks : Electricity / Hyperspeed (Yes, she's a dual quirk user, like Shoto Todoroki)

(Electricity)

- Electric Whips : Hikari can manipulate her quirk to form long whips made of electricity. She can use this however she'd like, whether it be for restraint, electrocution, or travel

- Shockwave : By slamming a fist into the ground, this zappy girl will release a wave of electricity that she can direct depending on the angle of which her fist hit the ground. More of an angle its at, the farther the electricity will spread out, though its efectivness does go down the father it spreads

- Megawave : Same concept as 'Shockwave', except Hikari hits the ground with both fists and releases a much more powerful wave of electricity

- Overload (Ultimate Move) : Hikari's body internally builds up electricity as she uses it, and stores away the access power for later use. This comes in handy for situations when her body is unable to produce more electricity. She can draw on the access power gradually, or release all the pent up energy in a large scale attack that, at max, can affect anything within a fifteen yard radius. The more power she builds up, the more devastating the effects. The drawbacks from using this is that it severely saps her energy, and she will, more often than not, pass out from using this ability, More so, she won't use Overload if her friends or bystanders are close by. She tries her best to keep Overload as a last resort.

- Electrowave : Hikari can collect the electricity in her hands or feet, and release it when she swings the limb around. She can control which limbs to do this ability with

- Electrical manipulation : Hikari can manipulate the electricity flowing through any system or device. She can add electricity to anything, or she can draw out the electricity to boost her own power levels

- Electrosight : Hikari can actually see the electrical pulses that objects carrying electricity produce

(Hyperspeed)

- Hikari is nothing if not fair. She does like to try and keep a level playing field and more often than not, will not use her Hyperspeed quirk unless she has to. She'll only use it if she needs a quick getaway or needs to boost the speed of her actions

Hero Suit (Version 1) (Prepare for a long ass explanation here) : Dark gray full body suit that goes halfway up the neck, blue colored sidelines that run from the neck to the ankles, there are two black dots on the left sideline (Pretty sure that's a company signature thign), black boots with reinforced soles, black utility belt with thigh straps and white colored clips, dark blue chest covering armor with a raised neck covering, chest armor has dark purple sleeves that end halfway down the upper arm, black finger less gloves with knuckles coverings, thin dark red elbow pads, thing dark blue knee pads, small metal trapezoid shaped structures jut out and run along his spine, starting at the base of her neck and ending at her lower back, black colored metal tacks on the shoulders, black colored hood is connected to the tacks, hood has black and light grey cat ears on it, black Japanese cat mask with red and blue colored designs on it and yellow eye covers, cat mask has an added on lower jaw for full face coverage, there's a blue colored line that runs along where the lower jaws meets the rest of the mask, it almost looks like a smile

- The 'H' in Hikari's last name is silent.

- The scars along her shoulder blades, shoulders, arms, and palms were actually self inflicted.

- In high stress situations at home or in the dorms, she does use self harm as an outlet. Though most of the time she doesn't realise it until the situation has been dealt with.

- Her fighting style is more physical than the rest of her classmates, save for Eijiro Kirishima, and she'll use her quirks to aid in her movements.

- Self-preservation is almost as bad as Izuku's

- Joking about her trauma is a very common thing

- She has blood sugar and blood pressure problems (AKA Hypoglycemia and Hypotension)

- Has a moderate case of Reynaud's Syndrome. Her hands and feet will turn blue or purple in the winter if she's not dressed for it

- Hikari actually doesn't like the design of her first hero suit

- She's ridiculously good with kids

- Her favorite pro hero is actually Shota Aizawa, much to many people's surprise
