When you got back to your room, you had a big grin on your face and your eyes were sparkling. The girls noticed it of course.

"Y/n why are you smiling like that ?" laughed Hana.

"Oh I remember you told me you were seeing Oikawa right ?" asked Mina.

"I'm sure something happened Y/n you gotta tell us !" Yumi shouted.

You sat on your bed, still grinning. They all had their eyes glued on you.

"He said he was in love with me... and he kissed me." you murmured.

Their eyes widened and they started squealing. "Oh my God Y/n that's awesome !!" yelled Mina.

"I SHIPPED IT SINCE THE BEGINNING !!! TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH !!" screamed Hana.

You giggled. "Pff stop screaming !"

Yumi took your hands in hers and gently squeezed them. "Congrats Y/n I'm so happy for you ! Is it official ?"

You smiled while the two other girls were still yelling. "Honestly I'd prefer if it stayed a secret for the moment... but otherwise yeah it's official."

You woke up and after washing yourself, you had breakfast with the managers. You could see Oikawa from the corner of your eyes and he had a slight smirk on his face.

After that, you prepared yourself for today's trainings. You hadn't talked to Oikawa yet today, and deep inside, you were fearing everything that happened the previous day was only a dream.

However, before the coaches arrived, nearly all the teams were in the gym, chatting or warming up. While you were standing on the side focused on a notebook, you felt someone's arms wrapping around your neck from behind and a voice whispering in your ear.

"Hey princess."

You immediately recognised who it was and felt butterflies in your stomach. "Tooru you know everyone can see us right ?"

" 'Course I know, I'm doing that on purpose angel so they know they should stay away from you for their own sake." he whispered closer to your ear.

You shivered. "Dumbass..."

As soon as you said that the coaches entered the gym and Oikawa pulled away from you and winked at you before walking back to his teammates.

After training, while the players were going back to their rooms to shower, Oikawa came toward you.

Once in front of you, he smirked down at you and his hands gripped on your waist. He pulled you closer to him and leaned down to kiss you. You were surprised, but soon after wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him back.

Then his hands made their way down to your hips, which he started caressing. As he was deepening the kiss, you pulled away to catch your breath, panting.

"What's come onto you ?" you asked between two breaths.

He stared at your lips. "I missed you."

You chuckled. "You could have waited before kissing me like that. And you're sweating god dammit what have I said about that !"

He giggled. "You can't resist me anyway."

You blushed and mumbled. "No I can't..." Then you got on your tiptoes, placed a peck on the corner of his mouth and scolded him. "Now go take a shower !"

He laughed and put his hands up in defeat. "Alright alright I'm going !"

After dinner, you met with Oikawa in the field outside the building just like the previous day. You were holding hands and walking in silence before you stopped in a nice spot to watch the night sky.

You lay down on your back and Oikawa did the same. You gazed at the starry night for a while before you decided to speak.

"Tooru ?"

"Mhm ?"

"For how long have you been in love with me ?" you shyly asked.

He thought for a moment before answering. "I can't tell... I guess it was progressive until I realised it." After a few seconds, he turned to you with a smirk. "What about you darling ?"

You softly smiled. "I think it's the same for me."

He rolled his eyes. "Don't be shy... I know you fell for me at first sight~"

You playfully punched him on the arm. "I'm pretty sure that's not what happened after what you did when we first met."

He giggled. "You still remember that ?"

"Of course I do you shocked me !"

You both laughed at all the memories of how it all started and then went quiet. You were both now sitting, and you had your arms wrapped around your knees.

"If I hadn't come to that practice match maybe none of this would have happened..." you muttered.

He shook his head. "It would have happened. I would have found you."

You smiled and rested your head on his shoulder.

Around 10pm, you decided to go back inside, fearing that the coaches realised you weren't in your dorms. You walked in, cautious to not make a sound, and were ready to separate at his floor, as yours was right above.

He pulled you in for a kiss, surprising you again. 'I don't think I'll ever get used to that.' you thought.

You abruptly pushed him away though when you heard lazy footsteps stepping up the stairs and stopping near you. You looked at the guy who had just caught you two making out.

"...Deeply sorry. Looks like I'm always interrupting..." he mumbled, still focused on his phone.

You nervously chuckled. "No it's our fault I'm sorry." You glared at Oikawa and shook your head.

He shrugged and rolled his eyes. As he was ready to leave, he smirked. " 'night baby."

"Good night..."

You sighed. Suna was still standing there. "So are you two finally a thing ?" he asked.

"Uhh... yeah I guess." You looked down at your feet. "Can you keep it a secret for now tho ?"

He lifted his head and furrowed his eyebrows. "Sure but why ?"

You rubbed the back of your neck. "I... don't want people to know about it yet."

He remained silent for a moment. "Are you afraid of what they might think ?" You slightly nodded and he sighed. "Stop giving sh*ts about other people's opinion it's your life not theirs." Your eyes widened at his words. He slightly smirked and continued. "Have fun while they watch you filled with jealousy."

There was a silence before you smiled. "Wow... most definitely wasn't expecting that. You know how to cheer people up... in your own way."

He shrugged. "Do I ?"

You hummed in response. "...well thank you and have a good night." You smiled and started walking off.

"You too."

I changed the cover of the story 🤔 but I think this one will be temporary because I'm thinking about doing a better one... cleaner.

Oh and I was also thinking about adding titles to the chapters... dunno if I should but I'd def do it if I wasn't too lazy rn...
