Ochako

Reason: I don't like her character 

Now the reason why is because there's no extra shit to make her interesting in all honesty I wish they used her more to let us understand that she's an important character in a potential love interest for Deku. They should have done this by making her bubbly persona a fake one basically as a coping mechanism so that she won't have to deal with depression and her family being a dick this could make a potentially great care showing that she has insecurities that are worse than her inferiority complex in her bed quarter cord isn't bad it's just that she needs to train better more not for Deku But her self so that she can be shown as a female character that can come to accomplish things beyond her own capabilities and showing that it's a great mark you know honesty here's how I would've done it.

Uraraka Who is a struggling teenager and has a family who is in deep debt so she uses this to advantage in the middle of the sports Festival basically more like parading off the fact that she's in the situation in the first place and using it for sponsorships and sympathy points so she can use it to gain money as her original plan intended then you have Deku Who sees that this is wrong you shouldn't be a hero sorry for money she needs it obviously he understands that but he tells her that she needs to think about the people that she's saving the record being a support one she needs to start thinking more of those people to be more exact to help them and to be in that situation that they are to to get into the mind of one of them so that she may fully comprehend that what she's doing is not completely and utterly right this can make a great character but she's held back by the fact she's a love interest this is badand I don't like that.

Next character 

Mineta

The reason why I bring up this character is mainly due to the part that he's being hated on for his perverted antics even though other perverts in anime are allowed to get away with this but when it comes to Mineta he isn't. I understand that this is a thing about him this is his character this is how he is written but he should be taking more care of and be given the chance of a character work of an asshole like say Bakugo was allowed a character arc why is he? Thiscomes in the play with the fact that the fandom is toxic and that they don't give them a chance honestly this saddens me due to the potential that he can have in many of these fanfiction's.

How I would've written Manetta is a gay secretly gay character clothes closet gay person who uses women as a scapegoat to get away from that I understand that there are many gay characters in my hero academia but this one could've been executed perfectly in the manga and anime but it isn't. How old is work is that mirror uses women to distract him self being gay basically not being shamed by people in to Hideaway to affect in one day people bring itLike why do you do this explains it could be psychological torment from his parents or maybe society surrounding him to be that way for him being smaller than normal people in just his attitude in general maybe he prays on young man his age or or he was just sick child maybe he needed help maybe he needed family baby comes in the same situation as Deku and way to help them is by sending him help don't kick him out show show him generally growing in learning I hope someone does this I won't have the time.

Next character 

Todoroki (Sports Festival)

Shoto Todoroki Is an interesting character The reason why because the way that they shake their child who has been abused by his father and his mother eventually cracking from the pressure of said spouse and child burning him with a tea kettle. Now the way that they did this wasn't horribly bad but I wish there was more more that we could've seen and dealt with exactly he saw that this had an effect on his family do the Toyo leaving, Natsuo hating everything about Enji but Fuyumi being rather calm. But where here to focus on Shoto.

For the sports Festival how I would've changed how he got his fire would've been this Deku and Shoto are still in the same heated battle but this time it's more of the Deku be angry towards him that it be more like I want you to use it. But not all about him not breaking his fingers I want him to be like why do you see me this way you see me as I'm weaker than you I will beat you and potentially maybe even kill you one day you should've threaten him with that you may be a "saying that he will burn him or boil him alive with all of his hate that builds up towards" You may be wondering why doesn't build up because he seen him in the cavalry battle and chase at the beginning of the sports Festival just could've caused him to be mad mad at the fact that he can't get him to use his power the power that he has but won't use due to him thinking that he's already perfect he's angry at the fact that he won't acknowledge him as a threat so he doesn't only berate him physically but he does it more mentally than usual being back flashbacks anything they should've brought in PSTD more.

 This could cause Todoroki to experience mental and physical damages physical being he starts crumbling up start sweating hell maybe even crying remembering his father beating him in forcing him to train every day and day out vomiting crying begging him to stop but it won't just like how Deku won't stop he sees that same fire in the green haired boyand that's what makes him a lot is that what makes him bring out his fire in the best way to go I'm OK with that.

Finally 

All Might

All might is a special case due to him being a vague character but not entirely his role as a teacher Is shown to be more of a side gig then what is used to I understand that it's obvious that this isn't what he supposed to do or not but he supposed to do that's not what I'm saying what I'm saying is is that this is new to him. All might is the standalone man he was taught by Nana but he wasn't taught to be a teacher that's understandable due to her died early this affected him by to hold a degree to the point where he doesn't see Deku as a student but more as a fan boy with his powers. This is one of his greatest downfalls as to who he is it's just shows that him to that boy is Like him to any other fan it may seem like they had a special connection to her it's obvious due to there being one for all users but I feel as if he wants to distance myself away so that when he does die he doesn't affect the boys life enough. 

He's in a bad mood and character he's not bathing them nice change of pace but if it was personally me I will make them closer so that he can understand the connection between him and his old master again so that he can understand that what he lost he can gain back in a new light with Deku but differently but still the same in a way. You can show his progressive mental development throughout it all like win at the beginning at the beach you can see him seeing Deku as a fan boy that is helping then during the sports possible you can see him as a son that he wants to help but not directly at the son more is if someone is watching over to take over that duty to help him in his own way but not as a father figure yet Well we can see a change in this fan boy mentality that All might sees Deku in is when Nighteye dies.

This can cause Toshinori to see this kid he's basically essentially raising to be his own. And he sees this clearer than anything when you see someone that was his sidekick but more is if his own child died in front of it breaking him but molding him together stronger with resolve the help Deku achieve something greater than himself no matter what seeing his master Nana himself but growing further than her due to him being there.
