Ryder's P.O.V

The band starts up and Carmella gasps with excitement. And she screams to the point where there is a shrilling pain in my ear. "I think they heard you!" I shout over the music to her, she laughs and looks at them again. They fill the area with their harmonious sounds and melodic singing. A fog machine in the back covers some of their body frame wrapping them with smoke, Carmella smiles as she listens deeply to their music and I kiss the top of her head and listen too.

After two songs they stop and the lead singer walks up to the microphone, "hey everyone! Thanks guys for coming out and supporting us. It's a real honor." He says, "anyway I'd also like to give a big thanks to Ryder Rhodet for giving a great amount of money for us to come out here. So if we can get him and his beautiful guest up here that would be great," he says. I walk with Carmella hand in hand and we get by him, and she looks wide eyed.

"What song would you like me to sing?" He asks putting his arm around her, I shoot him a look and he takes his arm away. It doesn't matter anyway the guy is like six years older than her so it couldn't happen. "No Grey is one of my favourites." She says, she is more comfortable and calm now. "No Grey? Alright, that's our rule no grey." He says with a little laugh. Carmella blushes and looks at her outfit taking off her grey sweater and throwing it.

I give her my leather jacket and drape it around her small smooth shoulders before they get goosebumps.  She smiles at me and pecks my lips and I wrap my arms around her transfering more warmth to her, the band starts up their song while the few other people on the beach start a rave and then transfer into a mosh pit. They all bump into eachother and throw eachother around, I jump and join in.

I get thrown, hit, pushed, and even punched in the process but it's still fun to me, I see Carmella on stage looking scared for me as she signals me back up. I laugh and push past people who try pushing me back in. But with more strength I get past and walk through the sand kicking it up after every step I take getting back up on stage to Carmella. I walk up the steps and over to her wrapping my arms around her from behind, "thanks. I was starting to worry about you over there.

" She says, I laugh. "Don't worry for me firefly." I say, "firefly why that one?" She asks looking at me, "because you guide me through the darkness when there is no light your there to make everything bright." I say, she smiles swooning over me and gives me a kiss.

Carmella's P.O.V

I wake up in Ryder's dorm room and question how I really ended up here. "Ryder?" I question, he lifts himself up from the couch and sit by me as I lift up too. "Yah firefly?" He asks, "how'd I get here?" I ask, "well um we came back from the concert and you got in some pajama shorts and my sweatshirt. Then we each had a 'Ben & Jerry's' during our movie and you passed out." He says to me, " ugh. I feel like I woke up drunk." I say, "how do you know what that's like?!" He asks bewildered, "it was one time. And you don't wanna know, trust me." I say getting up. I take my hair out as it goes to the bottom of my boobs now.

I sit on the couch and Ryder walks in front of me, "by the way. Happy Valentine's Day." He says, I smile and he leans down and kisses me and pulls away with lingerment reamining on both of our lips. "Happy Valentine's Day to you too babe." I say, "so have any plans for us later since you have classes?" "Uh yah I do. But that'll be a surprise." He says while getting dressed, I nod and then see his six pack and laugh.

"Hey, stop staring." He says, "okay okay." I say, then laugh a bit more. He walks back over and kisses me and leaves though the door as I sit alone. I grab for the remote and press the power button and instantly flip through channels untill I find a show on TLC to watch. My eyes land on the pack of Joe Joe's in front of me and I grab the box and grab one and take the top cookie off. I eat it and start licking the frosting. My tongue slowly turns white from the cream rubbing against my taste buds, I hit rock bottom and eat the other chocolate cookie.

I do the same to four more and decide to let my self control take over and end my frenzy of consuming a whole box of them. Which I could definitely do.

I set my whole appearance up for today's date with Ryder or whatever he plans on doing with me.

My hair is out and I've never felt prettier, the door opens and Ryder see's me and his moth drops open some. "Wow Carmella you look..." his voice trails off, "really hot." He says, my face begins to burn and I laugh to myself shyly. He walks over and wraps his arms around me and kisses me, I kiss him back and then he takes his lips from mine. "Imma get dressed." He says, I nod and wait untill he's ready.

Twenty minutes later...

Ryder has on black pants, a white tucked tee, and black formal dress coat. He takes my hand as we walk to his car in silence, finally when we reach it he starts it and as well as a conversation. "Okay we are going to a little dessert place, I hope you don't mind." He says, I shake my head and he smiles and drives. It takes about an fourty minutes untill we arrive,  at our designated area and we walk in waiting to get a table.

"Hello how may I help you guys this evening?" The lady asks, "umm I reserved a table under the name Ryder." He says, she smiles and nods leading us to our table. It has a vase of dark red roses and a card on it as well. I scurry over quicker and smile. "Ryder it's so perfect!" I squeal, he smiles and kisses me. "I'm glad you like it-." "Like it? I love it, it's so romantic and comforting since it's in it's own little corner." I say sitting down, he sits too and we look at the menu. A waitor comes over and he smiles, "hello I'm your waiter Breck and I'll be serving you tonight. How may I start you guys off so far?" "Oh I had something pre asked to make under the name Ryder Rhodet." He says putting an arm around me.

"Oh, very well it'll be out in just a moment. And it is 40% off since it is Valentine's day and your a couple." He says, Ryder smiles and nods and the guy walks past tables and people. "So what do you think of this place?" He asks me, "it's amazing, I couldn't have thought of any place better." "Good I was just so afraid it wouldn't be to your liking." "Don't be afraid! As long as I'm with you everything is just perfect." "Thanks firefly." "No problem." "So what is this special meal you had planned for us?" I ask, "you'll find out. I'm not spoiling the surprise." He says, "havn't I told you about my petpeeve of secrets?" "Yes you have, multiple times. But that doesn't stop me from doing so to you. And I am determined to train you to like them, no matter how long it takes or how much it bothers you." He says.

"Wow, thanks." I say, "aww you know it's no problem." "I was being sarcastic." "And so was I." "Your such a butthead! I really dont wanna have to say something too rude to you on Valentine's day. So I will be easy on you and save the torture for another day." I say. He shakes his head and laughs to himself.

Within a few minutes a we each get a plate with a chocolate malten lava cake, I dig my spoon in it and instead of seeing choclate ooz out I see something way better.

Rich carmel with granules of sea salt, I eat a spoonful and die a little inside of the amazing flavours. "Carmel for my Carmella." Ryder says too me, "awww thanks." I say with a mouthful of the cake. "Here wait I want you to open the card!" He says excitedly. I grab for it and inside it says

'MOVE IN?'

" I've just been thinking we could get a little house not to far from peir 39 and I know it would be far away from college so that's why you could also take online classes. I know its a big step but I love you Carmella, I really do. And I can't risk losing you again so this is the option or route I guess you can call it, that I took. So do you want to?" He asks. I let my thoughts clear and and settle and look to him with a heartwarming smile. "Well it's alot to take in and if I said yes but it doesn't work out. My roomate will let me live back with her I'm sure because she is so welcoming to me. So I'm gonna take a big leap here and say yes. I'd love to move in with you." He smiles and kisses my forhead, "I'm so glad you said yes firefly. We start moving tommorow." He says, I smile yet again and we go back to eating our dessert.
