Julietta POV

The last few weeks had seemed like a dream. I could hardly believe that Damian, the man who had stolen my heart all those years ago when we were so young was now my husband.

I was literally living my dream all I needed to make it complete was our little man to join us. I was more than ready for him to be here, I was huge, uncomfortable and fed up.

Damian runs a hand gently over my large bump as I sigh  how I wish there was a button a could press to just eject this baby out of me.

"Still nothing?" He asks softly

"Not so much as a twinge" I sigh "we've tried everything and I've run out of ideas"

"We definitely tried everything last night" he chuckles as he kisses my neck.

"We certainly did" I chuckle

"You don't need to be pregnant for us to do it again you know" he says "just say the word"

"You really think we will have time for that once little man is here?" I say turning in his arms

"I hope so" he says looking down at me "baby won't be the only one with needs"

As he smiles down at me I look deep into his eyes and find myself wondering how it's possible to love someone as much as I love him. I've never known anything like it.

"Come on let's get you sat down and off your feet for a bit" he says guiding me to the couch and helping me to sit down but just as I get comfy something happens

"Oh!" I gasp placing my hand on my bump

"What is it?" He asks placing his hand on mine

"I.....I'm not sure but I think he might be ready" I say looking up at him

"That was......you mean.......oh my god we need to get your bag and get you to the car and..........."

"Relax cookie" I smile "they said the start could take a while, let's get everything ready and then head to the hospital"

Damian guides me to our room and helps me pack the rest of my things. He then helps me change into something more comfortable before guiding me out to the car.

"This is really it" he says starting the car "in a few hours we'll be holding our little boy"

"Yeah and our next chapter begins" I smile "everything is going to change now"

"Well not everything" he says winking and smirking

"You have a one track mind" I laugh

Damian POV

By the time we reach the hospital Jules' contractions are much closer together and seem to be getting more intense.

We are taken straight to a delivery suite and Jules is examined by a doctor who tells us to get comfortable as she is only 4 cms.

"Can't they just stretch me" she groans

"No nugget it has to happen naturally or they could do damage" I soothe as I stroke her hair

"It hurts so bad cookie" she says nuzzling her head into me

"I know, I wish I could take your pain away mi amor" I say

"Alright lets see where we are" the doctor says taking a seat at the end of the bed "ok Mrs Priest if you feel ready to I'd like you to push"

Gripping my hand tightly she pushes with all her might before falling back on the bed. She looks up at me and I kiss her forehead softly.

"I love you" I whisper "you are doing so good nugget"

"I love you too" she breathes

"Alright the head is out, give me another good push to free the shoulders" he says

I help Jules to sit up and support her as she once again pushes with all her might. Right now I was in awe of her and what she was withstanding to bring our son into the world.......I know I could never do it.

"OK last push Mrs Priest" he says

Helping her sit once again she rests her head on my shoulder as she pushes one last time. As she lays back down the room fills with our sons cries and watch in stunned science as they lay him on her chest.

"Hello you" she says crying happy tears "hello my beautiful boy, we've been waiting to meet you"

I run my hands gently over his full head of hair and take in his features. He's the perfect mix of both of us and I'm filled with a love that I never knew existed in me.

"Hey little man, I'm your papi" I say as he grips my little finger "you and me are going to protect your mami because she is very special"

"His papi is pretty special too" she says smiling at me and I lean down and kisses her lips lovingly.

"It's all become real" I smile "he's here, we are parents"

"The dream is finally complete" she says as i take him in my arms

"Well almost" I say smiling down at him "he needs at least one sibling"

"Do we have a name?" The nurse asks before Jules can speak

"Yeah Oscar Zavier Priest" she smiles "now about what you said" she says turning to me

"What about it?" I asks smiling at her

"I think you're right" she says "I want him to have siblings. He'll need some one to depend on if anything happens to us"

I look at her and I know exactly what she means and where her words are coming from. When she lost her parents she had Phil and she wants the same for Oscar though im certain nothing will happen to us.

"You know nothing will happen to us right?" I ask and she nods "but we will definitely make sure he has some one to look out for him and for him to look out for"

"I love you cookie" she smiles

"I love you to nugget.....both of you" I say "I think this new chapter is starting off pretty great"
