Dipper Pov

It was light out, in fact, it was early morning in Gravity Falls, Oregon. I sat up and stretched.

"Morning, Sir Dippingsauce!!!" My twin sister Mabel grinned.

"Oh, hey Mabel!!" I replied tiredly.

"Come downstairs!! I have a surprise for you!!" The long haired girl squealed.

"Alright, alright, I'm coming." I said as Mabel grabbed my arm.

"You're gonna love the surprise bro bro!!" Mabel practically screamed.

"If its Mabel juice, I'm going back upstairs.." I began, but I was cut off by Mabel putting her finger on my mouth.

"Shush! Now close your eyes!!" She said.

"Okay.."

She dragged me into a room and told me to open my eyes.

"SURPRISE!!!!" She yelled.

Mabel had set up a table of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and, of course, Mabel Juice.

"Woah Mabel, this is awesome!! Except the Mabel Juice......" I mumbled.

"I knew you'd like it!!" She said as she dragged me over to the table to eat.

And that's when it started...

????? POV

I sat up and yawned. The sun was shining- wait, the sun isn't..... grey..... What the heck!?!?

"Heya kid, welcome to the mindscape!!" a distorted voice called.

"What?! Who is it?!" I asked.

"The name's Bill Cipher!!" the voice said. "And you must be Minty!!!"

"H-how'd you know my name?!?!" I asked frantically.

"Oh I know lots of things!"

"Well can you come out so I can see you?" I asked.

"Well sure!" the voice said. A vortex thingy opened up, and out popped, a floating Dorito?

"IM NOT A FLOATING DORITO!!!" The triangle yelled. "Anyway, so uh, I'm sending you to Gravity Falls, and you're gonna do my bidding, okay?" the triangle- Dorito asked.

"Well...... okay....." I said.

"Alright then, shake my hand!" he said extending his arm.

"Your hand!" I squeaked.

The triangle's hand had become engulfed in blue flames.

"Oh.... that... yeah, it won't hurt ya!" Bill said.

"Okay.." I replied as I extended my paw to shake his hand.

I suddenly was transported to a woods like area, and I stood up... wait.. I feel taller.. I looked down, and saw feet.

"Wait.... FEET!!! I screamed, I looked down at my paws, which were now hands.
I put my hands on my head, oh, my ears were still there.... thats good... BUT WHY AM I A HUMAN!!!!????

"Hey kid!" Bill called.

"Why am I a human?!?!"

"Cause I made you one!" Bill laughed.

"Can you change me back?!"

"Nope, you have to do me a favor first!"

"What is it?"

"Find me the journals that have a six fingered hand on them, they're labeled 1,2, and 3."

"Ok..."

Back to Dipper POV

"Mabel what's that?!" I asked pointing to a beam of light in the sky.

"I dunno, let's check it out!!!" Mabel replied.

"Ok!"

We headed towards the shaft of light.

"Alright, I'll find them, then you'll turn me back into a cat?" a voice asked.

"Yep! All you need to do is that one small favor..." an all too familiar voice said.

"Bill!" I whispered.

"Hey come out of those bushes!!! I can hear you ya know!!" the female voice called.

"How'd she hear us?!" Mabel whispered.

I shrugged my shoulders, and walked out of the bushes.

I stopped short, this girl had CAT EARS. MINT GREEN CAT EARS!!!!

"Gah!! Wha- WHY- you-???" I stuttered.

The cat-human rolled her eyes. "Yeah, I'm a cat turned human. Big deal!"

"Does it say anything in the journals bro-bro??" Mabel asked.

"I dunno..." I replied. I grabbed journal 3 and flipped open the pages.

The cat-humans eyes widened. She mumbled something I couldn't understand.

"Nothing in the journal..." I confirmed.

"I......" The cat-human mumbled again, the rest of her sentence cut off.

"What?" Mabel asked.

"I- uh- I NEED THOSE JOURNALS!!! She suddenly yelled.

"What??" I squeaked.

"This weird triangle dude wants them... he'll return me home if I give thin to him...." she said sadly. "By the way, the name's Minty, what's yours?" she asked.

"I'm Dipper, and this is my twin sister- WAIT TRIANGLE GUY, YOU MEAN BILL CIPHER?!?!" I practically screamed.

"Yeah, that's what he said his name was..." Minty said, her ears folding back.

I put my hand to my face, "Please tell me you didn't make a deal with him..." I said.

"What's wrong with that, he's just a triangle..." Minty said, somewhat defensively.

"Just, a triangle. That guy tried to murder me!!" I snapped.

"Can I call off the deal...." Minty whimpered.

"Nope! Fraid not!!!" A voice called.

"Oh no!! Bill!" I yelled as the landscape turned grey.

Bill appeared from a vortex, then saw us and froze our bodies.

"Hey Bill." Minty said.

"Heya Cat Eyes!!" Bill responded.

"Can I call of the deal?" Minty asked.

"Nope! You have to get those journals!"

"But that means I have to get it from those kids!"

"So?"

"I can't do that!"

"Sure you can!"

"Ughhhhh, sorry guys.." Minty said.

"Alright, see ya soon! And remember, Reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram, bye gold byeeeeee!!!!"

We unfroze as Minty ran at us.

"Ah!! Run Mabel!!!" I yelled.

Mabel and I ran through the forest, though Minty was hot on our trail most of the time.

We stopped, I put my hands on my knees, I inhaled deep breaths, and looked behind us to see if we lost Minty.

She stood there, crossing her arms. She wasn't even breathless!!

"C'mon guys... I don't wanna hurt you." Minty said.

"We're not giving them to you!" Mabel yelled.

"Just please..." Minty pleaded, tears forming in her eyes. "I wanna go home...."

I stopped, and looked at the Cat lady, who was now silently sobbing. I felt sorry for her, it's not our fault Bill tricked her.

"Hey, I got an idea.." I said.

Minty looked up at me. "Really?" her voice cracked.

"Yeah but we gotta hurry!" I said taking out my hand as a gesture to ask for help.

She helped me and Mabel up, and we put our plan to action.

~ Two or so days later ~

"Done!" Minty said enthusiastically.

"Now to get Bill!"

"I'll go find him!" Minty said.

"Take the 'Journals' with
You!" I called.

"Got them!!" Minty called as she headed out the door.

~later~

"Bill! Ive got the journals!!!" Minty called.

"Oh heya Cat Eyes!!! Good to see ya!! You got the Journals ya say?!" The floating triangle said enthusiastically.

"Yep!" Minty said as Bill reached for the Journals. "BUT you have to turn me back into a cat first!"

Bill groaned, "Fiiinnnneee!!!" he said snapping.

Minty was surrounded by a cloud of dust as she returned to her cat form.

"Now go and say goodbye to those two meat sacks before you go!" Bill said.

"Really?!" Minty asked.

"Yeah, after all, you guys did spend so much bonding time together making these fake journals!" Bill laughed.

Panic flooded Minty, "H- how do you know?!"

"Psh, kid, I've got eyes everywhere!!" Bill said.

"You're not gonna kill me?!"

"HAHAHAHAA Nah, it was all just a game!HAHAHA You mortals are really gullible!!" Bill laughed. "You've got an hour kid!" and with that he disappeared.

~later~

"Guys!! Guys!! I'm back!! Bill knew all along!!" Minty yelled.

"What?!" Dipper said. "Minty, where are you?!" He called.

"Down here Dip!!" Minty called.

"Your so tiny!!" Dipper said.

"Yeah, Bill turned me back into a cat, so yeah! Where's Mabel?"

"OVER HERE!!! OHMYGOSHMINTYYOURESOTINYANDCUTEEEERRRMAAAGEEERRRD!!!!" Mabel screamed.

"I've got to go soon." Minty said sadly.

"Then we'll make the best of it!!" Dipper replied.

The time eventually came when Minty had to leave to her dimension. The group bid each other goodbye. And minty entered the multicolored portal to her world.
